McDonald's Menu Prices at 2020 W Olympic Blvd ★3.6 (2518)

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location. The restaurant had a strong and unpleasant odor similar to urine, and there were many homeless individuals inside, which made the environment very uncomfortable. Food service was extremely slow, and we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. What was more concerning was that a cleaning staff member was working inside the kitchen area at the same time, which was very disturbing from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Because of the strong smell in the restaurant, we were unable to eat the food. As a result, both our time and money were wasted. This experience occurred on February 24th at around 12:30 PM. Based on the overall conditions and hygiene concerns, I do not recommend ordering from this location.

There is no children's playground. The place is clean and open set up. Your typical McDonald's. It was clean.

Ordered online, when I drove up to the ordering box I gave the cashier my code and specifically stated “pick up for mobile order.” There must’ve been some kind of language barrier because when I drove up they handed me someone else’s order for delivery. I let them know that it was the wrong order and instead of thanking me for catching their mistake, the employee was extremely rude and condescending accusing me of line jumping and not giving my code at the ordering box. They made me drive up to the second pick up window and made me wait for 20 minutes more. I wasted almost 40 minutes of my time for something I ordered ahead of time because the cashier taking the orders didn’t speak or understand english. I would’ve been more understanding if they weren’t so rude and made seem like it was my fault. To top it off they still gave me the wrong order and are giving me an extremely hard time to receive a refund.

I ordered my breakfast for pick up 10 minutes in advance and waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my food. When a worker was able to help she ended up helping someone else who I was in front of. I couldn’t miss my bus for work so I didn’t even get my food or my money back. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Came in after ordering breakfast right before the 10:30 cutoff. They had already switched over to lunch and in such a case they usually cancel the order, but the manager on duty was really sweet and offered to make the order anyway. I really appreciated how accommodating she was.
