Unfortunately I did not got my entire meal.... I work 2 jobs. The convenience of the app is really helpful. On November 10, 2025 after working 2 jobs. My drive thru experience was less then ideal. I use the app to streamline my time. My wife ordered the value meal mcchicken value meal. I go after my second job to get the food. Come home to find that it was missing the mcchicken. Got the nuggets. But no mcchicken. I called the store.... no answer. I had to get back in the car..... after working 2 jobs to get the rest of my food. I was not happy. I wasn't looking g for a refund or free food. I was just disappointed that I had to drive back just to get the missing food. My time and gas is valuable. It pays my bills. I wish the manager double check the drive thru order. It cost me peace and time. I called the McDonald's and no answer. My wife called.... and no answer. I had no choice but to drive back..... I got my mchicken.. but was still left with poor customer service......

These irresponsible people wasted my 20 minutes. I had come to order an Uber from them and the order was ready in front of me. I was looking at them but none of them were coming towards me. They were all ignoring me. I told two people to give me my order. They said that they would give the order. The girl working at the front was talking to others and asking them,She was talking to her like that but she was not working. I asked her twice to give my order. She was saying that she would give it to someone else. She was just busy talking. Why don't they act responsibly? Who is responsible for wasting my 20 minutes?

I I ordered in the Macdonald app to pick up in the dining room. I placed my order at about 7:30 pm more or less and the app never says it was ready. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 pm and the dining room was already closed, I went to the drive thru and they didn't want to deliver me the food cause I didn’t bring my car ! I live across of the restaurant why I need my car if I ordered it to pickup on the dinner room and I had already paid for, the truth was very unpleasant having to deal with the employees to pick up something I had already paid for and I don't understand why the dining room closes so early

I always get great service at this location. I go alot and if there is a wait time its because they all are super busy. They get to their customers pretty quickly I feel. Sometimes patience is needed. Always friendly service.

I recently used McDonald's mobile curbside pickup, and while the food and service were as expected—fast and convenient—I noticed an issue with the designated curbside spots. It seems that employees are parking their personal vehicles in these spaces, as I often see the same cars there, which can cause confusion for customers using the service. This could be addressed to improve the customer experience. I ended up parking on the drive thrue parking spot.
