McDonald's Menu Prices at 3237 W Shaw Ave ★3.6 (1427)

Was extremely unsatisfactory, food was very stale. The Big Mac I ordered had what looked like old meat and was not warm. The chicken wrap we ordered was mostly tortilla, and the fries tasted like they were a day old. Clean location but the food definitely didn’t taste good. Our order had several items missing as well.

I tried calling the store and no one seems to answer. I had ordered medium fries and this is the portion I received. Half the portion. Like what is this? Then I ordered 4 piece nuggets happy meal and instead of nuggets we found sauce. The service here has been horrible the past couple times I’ve been here and I’ve never had issues before and someone would answer the phone know I have to go out of my way and drive back just to fix this issue which is annoying since then as a customer I’m having to deal with an attitude for a mistake done on there end and I paid for what I ordered not for poor portion.

I placed my order for a tote of cookies, a couple sodas and a large fry. I arrived at McDonald's and gave him my number. After receiving my sodas and Fry, they parked me to wait for my cookie tote. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside the store and took another 10 more minutes for them to help me. After someone came up to help. They had my cookie totes sitting right there behind the counter the whole time. I asked if it was normal to wait 40 minutes for for a thing of cookies on my order and they asked me what are they. What do they want me to do about it and that they were busy? Horrible service. Complete garbage makes me wonder why I give McDonald's another chance

The drive-thru workers at the McDonald’s on West Shaw really need to pay more attention to customers’ orders. Every time I come here something is always wrong or missing. They are probably not being trained right, and this keeps happening over and over. This location truly needs new well-trained employees. It’s very frustrating having to come back or having to check every single item before leaving. Please fix this because this repeated issue makes customers not want to return.

So I only go here for the tea, & occasionally I'll grab a bite. Despite the simplify of my orders, it is often incorrect. I order unsweetened tea. Now explain how it is that 90% of the time I place this order for 2 unsweetened teas so I get home to find out it's sweet. My husband orders a filet-o-fish only to find the fish glued to the bread with cheese, but only to 1/2 of the bread. The other 1/2 is just hanging over the edge. To make matters worse, the sandwich has a whole jar of tartar sauce on it. Now for my biggest gripe. Why is it that the fast food industry just received this big pay raise to $20 per hour that now they don't even want to continue working? This particular McDonald's has a sign @ the register indicating that they are no longer taking orders "in human", (my new phrase to replace in person"), & requires you to use the kiosk. It took 15 minutes on my last visit for me to receive 2 iced teas, & it was still wrong. There was a long line in the drive thru, but not a single person inside. Back with customer service was actually customer service, walk-in customers had precedence to drive thru customers.
