Dude, whoever made these mcChickens, they're the most perfect ones ive seen. Person deserves a raise! Got it around 6pm, side 1

Nice and quick with serving the food. The McChickens are my favorite, although they can sometimes be a bit messy with the distribution of the mayonnaise oozing out the sides where you’re holding it. Nice and hot to the touch, always a good thing. Nice and crispy, not too dry, but not too moist. Definitely would recommend, McChickens are buy one get one half off, great way to feed a family of six for no more than $20.

Franchise owner/ manager needs to increase customer service training to staff. My food was delivered in a timely manner but when I asked for additional ketchup and I was responded with an exhausted face gesture. I went back to ask for additional coffee and the second staff member also had a froun. When the second staff handed me the coffee I responded with a thank you and the staff member continue to walk away. I said it again much louder and still didn't receive a response. Thats two staff members. Thank you for the great food but I will look for another location to enjoy my mornings. I'll come back in a few months to see progress because I like the new construction upgrade but the staff customer service also needs to be upgraded. Thanks,

They took all the soda machines out of the lobby, and will not give refills either. They tell you if you want a refill you have to pay for another drink. They also do not reduce the price of either the original drink or the refill.

Absolutely horrible, lazy, and very unprofessional service from whoever is working the night shift from 1/24-1/25. I checked too see if it was open on my phone and it said it was open 24 hours. I arrived thinking someone was going to take my order but no one answered. I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was inside and I saw one person cleaning so I just left because I felt bad. When leaving I saw four people, they saw my car and immediately ducked down thinking I wouldn’t see them. How lazy and unprofessional. Can’t even take one simple. Its just crazy to think you can’t take one simple order knowing you need that money. Without my money how will you get paid.
