McDonald's Menu Prices at 780 W 84th Ave ★3 (1775)

Go here all the time not sure why but when I order on the app my order has been wrong 2 times now. This time I added a 3rd 1/4 pound patty with the burger plain. Was charged for the extra but didnt get it and wasn't plain. Usually not a big deal but when im charged i would like to get what paid for

I specifically told them that it was allergic to cucumber and onion, and they still did not care. They put the stiker that said only lettuce and cheese but still the hamburger has onions and pickles.

This place has improved in customer serivce and in food accuracy in the last 6 months. Sometimes I still get the wrong toppings or apples instead of extra fries on my kids happy meal but I try to check it before leaving. They don't lock the bathrooms like the others do which is super nice when you need the bathroom for your kid who can't wait. The food for pick up/eat is hot and fresh. I've had cold fries/melted frappes when I order for delivery. Also there are tons of high school kids in here and they are super loud during lunch times/after school. Overall it's a decent location if you use the drive thru and order pick up.

A double cheeseburger, small fry, and large coke is $6.34 the worker rang in a large fry making the order $9.73 which is 52% more expensive and a difference or $3.34 when I asked for it to be fixed. they gave me a refund for a large coffee of $2.16 ?!?! I said just cancel the order I get another refund for a deluxe dbl qtr cheese at $7.91 totalling to $10.07 I made $.34 cents from trying to order mcdonalds. Mcdonalds is a multi-billion corporation they can afford to provide better service. This location has a broken screen and the workers do not verbally confirm the order before charging you, so there is no way to verify they pushed the right button until they give you the receipt. Im not going to your stupid website to give feedback take it or leave it. idgaf

Consistency "out" of items after you sit in their long very slow moving drive thru especially ice cream and slushies in the evenings. When they do have your requested items you are asked to park and wait frequnrly for long periods of time for them to bring it out to you. Consistently mess up your order and put items that you request not to be on your order like onions or ketchup. Their service is poor at best and they dont seem to even care that they give poor service.
