McDonald's Menu Prices at 4220 Clubhouse Rd ★3.7 (1620)

The food took forever, more than 20 minutes, to come out, and the only explanation was that the hamburger was pink in the middle. I almost laughed; this is McDonald's! To their surprise, I've cooked for like 20 years in a fast-paced restaurant. I know what kind of food McDonald's uses.

This is actually the worst Mc Donald’s on this side of town. They pull you out of drive thru line EVERYTIME and then forget you. After you wait 20 mins for your food it’s cold, your icees are melted, and they’ve forgotten something and you have to call them to bring it out. The whole drive through timer thing is trash. It just makes them rush you out to look like they are giving you quick service, but really your experience is far from. I wish I could say this was a rare occurrence but it’s been my experience each and everytime. And for funsies here’s my meted icee from this trip. I’m at 25 minutes parked - one phone call and still no food .

Stopped by and Case was working and the service was honestly better than most places I’ve been to. Dude was moving fast, staying polite, and actually seemed like he cared about getting orders right. Food came out hot and everything was on point.

I really wanted to shout out this McDonald’s for being a warm and welcoming place. This location never fails to make me smile and feel full. I ordered a burger, and it came out fresh and delicious! While I was eating this burger, I was working on my math homework and struggling. Soon, an employee named CASE noticed my frustration and walked over to help me. He explained my calculus in a very simple and easy to understand manner, which led me to getting a 100 on the test today. Not to mention he did a great job cleaning the interior and there wasn’t a single speck of dirt anywhere in sight! I want everyone to know how great he is at working at McDonalds, and I highly recommend that he gets a raise! He is going above and beyond to make the restaurant feel welcoming, and I’ve never met a better person who would be so kind to a complete stranger. Again, THANK YOU CASE!

Food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect. The service is consistently quick, and orders are usually right the first time. It’s a great spot when you want something fast and reliable. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is because it can get a little busy at times and I’ve had a few order inaccuracies, but overall, this location does a great job!
