McDonald's Menu Prices at 14670 Sw 8th St ★3.7 (1015)

The food was what you would expect, standard McDonald's. They did well on getting the order correct with a few exceptions. Forgot dipping sauce for the nuggets, had no sweet tea, and did not inform us, even after I had to prod the small cup from them that was supposed to be large. I have been to one other McDonald's in the past year. Yes just one and this is standard service. Hence only one other visit in a year. It is kinda comforting to know that where ever you go in the US, McDonald's will have bad service. Thanks for the normalcy while vacationing.

I stopped by this McDonald's around 7:00 PM last night, and the service was just unacceptable. Even though there were only two customers inside (and they were just eating ice cream), it took me almost 30 minutes to get my order, which was a Happy Meal, a Chicken Tender Combo, and a Chicken Sandwich Combo. I watched at least a dozen cars go through the drive-thru and multiple people pick up online orders before they got to mine. When I finally got the food, it was cold and the fries were extremely salty. Not a single staff member apologized for the delay or seemed to care about the wait time. Given the extremely slow service and poor quality of the food, I definitely won't be coming back to this McDonald's.

Very clean and organized. I like it made me feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and polite do there job very well. The staff are fast and know how to keep the line short. You can order online and pick up quickly. They have seating available, the Drive trough is very fast as well. The location is very clean, Did go in the bathroom's but It very clean as well. All completely remodeled, fountain is available, in other locations is dismissed. This is one of the best McDonald's I ever been into. I will be coming back here.

The worst service, I ordered two Happy Meals at the drive-thru, and they didn't give me either the fries or the drinks. I had to go inside to get them to complete the order. The young people who work there don't care about the business or the service.

10/26/2025 around 630 pm . I recently visited your restaurant with my family to have burgers. At the drive-thru, the young man taking our order was very polite and even asked if I wanted to donate to help children with cancer — which I gladly did. However, when I went to pay, I noticed I had only been charged for one order instead of four. I went back in my car to clarify, and they corrected the charge. When I reached the window, the same employee handed me my order in separate parts, gave me only one straw, and one of the Cokes was missing. I had to repeatedly ask for more straws, and when I mentioned the missing Coke, the manager came to the window and, unfortunately, was the one who treated us with the least courtesy. As someone who works at the University of Miami and cares for cancer patients, I found the experience disappointing and upsetting, especially after supporting a good cause. I truly hope this feedback helps improve customer service and professionalism among your team.thankss .
