McDonald's Menu Prices at 13401 Landstar Blvd ★3.4 (2665)

I want to apologize for my expression first I just did a shift from 4pm to 3am and btw the guy in the first window was amazing he is the best but as per the pictures I have to give you all a 0 since is not the first time it happens ASKED FOR A MOTHER EFIN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER ONLY KETCHUP AND THEY PUT A BUNCH OF ONIONS IN BETWEEN THE MEETS I HATE MCDONALD ONIONS AND I WAS SUPER SPECIFIC THIS IS THE 4th TIME IT HAPPENS LIKE WHAT IN THE HELL AND IT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN ALL McDonald’s GET A GOD DAMN GRIP PLEASE GET TOUR DISTRICT MANAGER HERE IN THE ORLANDO AND KISSIMMEE AREA AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NONSENSE.

usually every mcdonald’s is the same BUT NO! this one is the WORST one in the entire US! i don’t normally care enough to write a review for mcdonald’s, but this store specifically has ALWAYS tasted really bad at any time you go. i live near here so i’ve have breakfast lunch and dinner and the food is cold and always missing something. the people who work there make you pull up to wait for food even if there is NO line… maybe they want faster drive thru times? i don’t mind waiting.. i just have to pray and take the chance that my chicken nuggets will be handed to me at least room temp. don’t expect the fries to ever be freshly fried, they’ve been sitting on that heat lamp for an hour, they always taste soggy. the photos i posted were from today, just one out of the 5 times i was in a pinch and went to this mcdonald’s by my house. it’s a snack wrap, but i guess they were out of shredded cheese and decided to tear some pieces of a cheese slice on it? who knows? whoever is the manager or managers you guys are CONSISTENTLY terrible and that takes a lot of work to just always be bad. i hope the people who work here, you guys get the same food quality at whatever fast food restaurant you don’t work at, so you can have a taste of your own medicine :) only writing this review because i’m moving and didn’t want them to see my name when i order and spit it my food but i don’t think it would taste any different than it does now.

Never in my 23 years of life have i ever left a review but i swear this location is always tryna ragebait me why charge me for sauce and not put it in the bag and how do you forget the bacon in my Bacon hot honey sandwich matter fact no hot honey on my damn samdwhich like are you all fried back there or WHAT ruined my night n munchies i hope yall pillows are warm for the rest of 2026

Ordered a #1 and two happy meals on 8/3/2025. I was initially offered the wrong order at the second window. I was then instructed by the shift manager to park and wait for my order. I ended up waiting ten minutes while others in the drive thru were served before me. When the employee finally brought my food out, she handed it to someone in another vehicle. That person returned it to her and she finally delivered it to me. Zero apologies for the inconvenience or for the wait. What’s even worse is that my large fry was nearly completely empty. I’m attaching photos of the fry container as it was when I took it out of the bag. The few fries that I did receive were cold. Lastly, one of the happy fries contained only six fries. Absolutely ridiculous. If I didn’t hadn’t had things to take care of, I would have returned to the store for a refund.

I just made a purchase at this McDonald’s that included McStrips, and unfortunately two of them were raw on the inside. This is extremely concerning and dangerous for customers’ health due to the risk of salmonella. I took one bite, and on the second bite I immediately noticed something was wrong. Food safety should be taken very seriously, and this experience was unacceptable.
