McDonald's Menu Prices at 2240 Flatbush Ave ★3.9 (2190)

This was a steak, egg & cheese bagel with a large sweet tea, and honestly… this visit surprised the hell out of me. The biggest difference was the customer service. It felt more like Europe than the U.S. — calm, respectful, no rushing, no attitude. My host was on point from start to finish. Polite, professional, and actually made me feel welcomed. That alone made this place stand out and turned it into my go-to cheat meal spot. Not sure if it’s the morning staff, but whatever they’re doing works. This did not feel like the McDonald’s we grew up with in the 90s. Different energy. Better standards. The food was fresh and hot, the bagel was done right, and the sweet tea was cold and refreshing. One noticeable change — the sandwiches are smaller now. And honestly? I’m not mad about it. Americans could use better portion control anyway. Quality over excess. Boom. No complaints. No nonsense. Just a solid experience done right. 5 stars, easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll be back.

The staff is very unhappy in doing their jobs and always grumpy. We buy cause it's McDonald's but the service is horrible. Waiting is more than 15min.

Ordered DoorDash, the bag came completely sealed so this DEFINITELY came from the location itself. In the happy meal I ordered, was a used blue glove and a ketchup packet with black Tape around it. This is UNACCEPTABLE! The workers should know when their gloves are off and to knowingly send this to a customer was absolutely DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL

best McDonald’s in the New York. Definitely lovely place. Love their decoration. Bathroom is so clean. Table and chairs are so clean too. They also have parking lot! 12/8/2025 ordered ice vanilla coffee with 8creams, came so sweet as not like before. ( I saw her put 10 sugars or vanilla syrup!!!) Asked the dark skin longhair short girl. She said she made it right. Then I order again, this time was the white skin girl do it for me, so much better. !

Worst McDonalds ever I never leave reviews but this place wow…. It’s the third time I’ve gotten something from the drive through go home and things are missing. If it was my food would never even drive back but you forget the happy meal and the kid starts crying OMG SMH also asked for no pickle got pickles I got a receipt that says no pickles
