McDonald's Menu Prices at 880 Coney Island Avenue ★3.4 (2029)

Great service and cleanliness. 🚫 Only Downside is becareful when you park your car, i found a tag on my windshield (forgot to take photo) stated "Ready to Towed" 😬. I was there to pickup my food, so basically in and out within 2/3 min. Will never be returning to this MacDonald any time soon.

This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. The place was in terrible condition: trash was lying on the floor, and no one bothered to clean it up. The staff was completely indifferent to everything going on. Where is the management? The advertisement on the glass was crooked and about to fall, the walls were dirty, and the pictures that are supposed to create a cozy atmosphere were chipped. There wasn't even soap in the restroom! How could you let your service level drop so low? In every other country, McDonald's is a symbol of order and quality, but not here. How is it possible that the country that invented McDonald's allows this kind of state? It's an embarrassment! I demand a complete review of the management and immediate improvement of the conditions! McDonald's, you must restore your level of service, or your customers will leave you!

System always down, customers waiting for 30 minutes for incomplete orders and cold food, then they become angry and frustrated. Check it yourself in a Video. Not safe to go in person there, and would not bring your children there.

I have a hair in my filled o fish and they didn't pick up my phone call. This is disgusting.

This has been my local McDonald’s for 3 decades, or longer; I don’t remember exactly when it opened. The food quality has vastly improved over the years. I hadn’t gone to McDonald’s for years cause it’s too expensive for fast food (I can get a real burger for the same price), but I started using the app 6 months ago and it’s worth it. I never had an issue with any of the employees or the food - no complaints there. The issue is the tables are always dirty and the floors are sticky etc. I would never sit down and eat so I take my food to go. They lose a star for that. Also, half the time I go I get pressed inside and outside the store for money or food. At first I obliged but not anymore. I have a car but it’s only a few blocks away so I walk. Be prepared to get panhandled if you’re not in the drive through. Can’t blame the store for that really.
