McDonald's Menu Prices at 2413 86th Street ★3.7 (2578)

Picked up a few burgers for myself and my daughter, along with a Happy Meal that came with a Minecraft toy — a nice touch for little (or not so little) fans! Movie is all craze now. This McDonald’s has a dedicated play area for kids, complete with a jungle maze that's separated from the main dining room by a glass wall, so it's fun and safe while keeping the space quiet for others. The place was clean and well-kept, and our order was ready very quickly — perfect when you're on the go. I also appreciated the clear signage at the counter: additional sauces beyond a set number cost $0.25 each, so no surprises. Has a delivery pickup window outside and drive through with ample parking lot. All in all, a smooth and pleasant visit. Great spot for a quick bite with kids (Mac on Stilwell avenue on Coney Island, pay attention!)

McDonald’s is always a dependable choice when you need something quick and tasty. The service is usually fast, and the food comes out hot and consistent every time. The classic items — burgers, fries, and nuggets — taste just the way you expect, making it a convenient option for a simple, satisfying meal. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and it’s easy to grab your order without waiting too long. Great spot for a quick bite.

Some times, employees are fine and orders come out relatively fast. However, some of the employees, especially the tall lady manager, just took my receipts when I was waiting for 30 minutes already and "brought it" to the back. She definitely threw the receipts out because I waited for an additional 20 minutes with no food received still. Overall, the place is fine depending on the employees. That tall lady manager definitely needs to show better customer service.

Update: (02/01/2026) ————— Thanks for the response from one of the McDonald representatives. After giving it some thoughts. I think the main purpose of using box for daytime sandwiches is to protect the shape of the sandwich when doing deliveries. But for dine in, wraps would be better. Even for take out, if it is a small order, wraps still wins. Boxes should be reserved for large orders where you need to stack one box on top of another. Please consider whether to use wraps or boxes base on dine in, takeout or delivery, and please also take order size into consideration. It is perfectly fine to eat nuggets and fries with fingers , but for sandwiches it is a little messier. So even a little improvement helps. Thanks for your attention to this matter. (Original review) ——— Breakfast sandwiches are in wraps which is good. But lunch/dinner time sandwiches are in boxes. This is bad because you will have sauces, cheeses, juices all over your hands. It is a mess .Why not use wraps for all sandwiches? I don’t understand the reason for using boxes.

They did a renovation last year, not only that, they also seems to have new staffs or crews (much better than the previous workers, previous staffs NOT HONORING coupons, registers closed, must ORDER from KIOKS). 1. A lot of seating available. 2. Has a toilet. 3. Closes late. 4. Good customer service.
