McDonald's Menu Prices at 950 Patton Ave ★3.2 (1632)

They constantly mess up my coffee orders, and this happens on a regular basis. I either get it cold or not sweet at all. Even when I order two identical coffees, they always come out different — one is sweet, the other isn’t.

I come here every morning and order the same items, I don’t expect you to remember, so once I get to the window to pick up my food they proceed to tell me to have a good day I did not pull off because I was missing my drinks she told me “no I don’t see any drinks” the manager tells her what the drinks where so then I asked for honey mustard she proceeds to ask to see my recent then says have a good day without giving me the honey mustard. Got the managers attention she wasn’t any better she was worst then the lady before especially and she has the title “ manager”. She was most concerned about her drive thru time and proceeds to tell me I was the one holding it up, and wouldn’t allow me to pay for sauce even though she didn’t put it in the bag she said she already put one 1️⃣ in there 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

Good luck using the bathroom during your visit. Staff have to open the door for you which means getting one of them to stop making food to do so. They were very rude about out.

McDonald has consistently screwed up my order the last 5-6 times I went through but because they ask you to park in a spot to get you your food, you have to go through the line again to get it fixed. I politely asked the manager if I could wait for my food at the window so I could check it, and he became irrationally angry. At that point I asked for a refund and he refused. He also refused to give his name and wasn’t wearing a name tag.

Went to eat inside this mcdonald’s on 9/26 at 2:00pm. Was under the impression they brought the tray to your table, you know because it SAYS THAT on the table marker…. Anyway so I sat and waited on my food until a VERY rude female employee at the counter began yelling at me across the entire store telling me “your food has been sitting here waiting!” and “come get it now!”. So much that everyone inside was staring at me when i walked up there to get it. I don’t expect much from Mcdonald’s but this is unacceptable to treat customers this way and purposefully embarrass people like this. Included a picture for reference of where it says they are supposed to BRING THE FOOD TO THE TABLE. I swear. these are the people demanding higher pay, but they cannot be bothered to leave the area behind the counter. absolutely ridiculous.
