McDonald's Menu Prices at 1032 S Smithville Rd ★3.3 (2314)

This is the absolute worst location. They are extremely slow and cant get simple orders right. Ordered a normal happy meal (nuggets, fries, apples) and a cheeseburger. They didnt give us the fries. And the picture below is the "cheeseburger". Lettuce, ketchup, and a patty?? How do you even accidentally make that? No cheese or pickles. Do not go to this location, you will be dissapponted.

I got to the breakfast line at 10:14 a.m. this morning time I got to order it was 10:31 a.m. they would not serve me my breakfast.. your food quality is went down, your employee's attitude suck. We used to look forward going there and having my kids and my grandkids's birthday parties there never again... I'm not done with this yet, I'm going on Yelp and gathering all the people I know it's had problems with this.. I am starting my own descrano group for 1032 McDonald's at pinewood plaza... Your customer service sucks, latitude of your manager is you don't like it go somewhere else... Your customer service definitely sucks and the employees have bad attitudes like they don't like their job I didn't tell them to work there... I've been on Yelp, and I definitely will be on there with my crew of about 93 people daily... I'm starting my own website just particularly about 1032 South Smithville road McDonald's and the service that you lack in the rudeness and uncleanliness of the outside of your building... I'm in the process of notifying corporate now,

I know dang well they didn’t even try to Mix my ice coffee it was nasty then the person who took my order had no customer service at all yall managers who are working the floor need to do better it’s not acceptable for your crew to have ugly faces they didn’t even smile I literally spent six dollars on that coffee and I had to throw it away because your people acted like they were too lazy to do their jobs if they don’t like their jobs quit cause McDonalds is supposed to be about putting your customers first and also friend fast service it’s just disgusting how they act and how rude they are when they took my order I wish I could give them a 0

Yummy yum yumskers. I'm not usually a McDonlads guy, but this place typically makes everything fresh. Some locations taste as if the food was left out for a few hours under a warming lamp and sent to the customer.

Easily one of the worst places. Staff sounds like they'd rather not be there, that's fine I get it. I've sent a few emails to their corporate email for the franchise and have yet to receive anything back. They constantly cancel items on a mobile order only for me to never be refunded for it. When the order is complete and warm, it's generally good but that's always a gamble coming here.
