McDonald's Menu Prices at 101 South 52nd St ★3 (2624)

I’ve visited this location twice and placed my orders through the mobile app both times. Unfortunately, on both occasions my order was completely wrong and items were missing. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. In addition, the customer service has been poor. The staff did not seem attentive or helpful when addressing the issue. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving order accuracy and customer service at this location.

These people, being young, don't give a damn about the damn service they provide. They didn't want to take my order, playing with the food, but they want money. Who pays the wages of these miserable people? Customers without customers, they are miserable, asking under a bridge to help them, but they don't stop to think that a customer is the one who ends up cooperating or paying something out of their salary. Very bad service that they didn't want to take my disappointing order.

I wish I could give -1 stars. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I literally just picked up an Uber eats order like 2 mins ago. It's 18 degrees outside and y'all have us waiting outside and no one comes to the window to assist. Then a guy wearing a rag on his head comes to the window and one of the drivers says to him "It's cold we're waiting outside" and the McDonald's worker with the rag on his head specifically said "I don't care that's y'all job". It's not our job to have to stand outside while servicing customers that are putting money in your pockets by me delivering their orders. To say the least. I will never pick up from this location again.... And hopefully we all come together as delivery drivers and stop picking up from your location

Horrible customer service. Every time I come, there’s nobody at the counter. They’re all in the in the kitchen and I’m waiting 10/ 15 minutes at the counter before even getting greeted let alone my food. There should always be someone in front of qreeting the customers. Not pretend they don’t exist or that you don’t see them while you go do something else. Kitchen people should be in kitchen , drive thru in drive thru and cashier AT THE COUNTER .

McDonald's really needs to send all of there employees to customer service class or at least hire staff with more professionalism. Even the "so called" managers need to learn customer service. I made a purchase and sat to eat my meal and shortly after I had to use the bathroom (which has to be buzzed by an employee). I walked to the counter and asked if i could be buzzed into the bathroom and the employee (who i now know is a manager) told me I had to buy something. Even though I still had my coffee cup and receipt in my hand. I told her I did and i always make a purchase and instead of buzzing the bathrrom. She walked away from the counter and said "one of them will buzz you in when they get back" and she said it with a nasty tone and disposition all while rolling her eyes. MCDONALD'S ...PLEASE TRY TO HIRE MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF ESPECIALLY IN MANAGEMENT POSITIONS. Seems like the service gets worse and worse with every visit.
