What's McDonald's at night? One in the morning, the staff came to the drive through window, said they were only taking orders through grubhub, Uber Eats or things like that. What good is it to be the neighborhood McDonald's if the neighborhood can't order unless you order through an app. Why have a drive through window?\nSo unprofessional, McDonald's used to be great. You could go there and get a meal. But apparently , unless you order it from an app , they don't want your business

I don’t usually eat McDonald’s, but my regular spot was closed, so I gave it a shot. My friend and I split a meal—they got the fries, I took the burger. The fries were so cold, they threw them away. Mid-bite, my friend looks at me and goes, ‘Why is it so red?’ Like… y’all serving raw meat now? Trying to take people out? Never again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a meal deal and wasn’t informed until I reached the payment window that they were out of cups for the drink I selected. Instead of letting me know while I was ordering, the staff waited until after to tell me that I’d have to pay an extra surcharge because they were out of small cup lids. When I asked the manager why I had to pay more for their inventory mistake, she said she didn’t know. That kind of response shows a lack of training and accountability. It’s frustrating to constantly deal with unprofessionalism and inconsiderate service. It makes me wonder—why do we have to accept this kind of treatment? Is it because of the neighborhood this location is in? We deserve the same level of respect, professionalism, and quality service as any other community. McDonald’s needs to do better in training their staff and valuing all customers equally.

The hall was half empty, but we were standing outside because they wouldn’t let us in and kept the door closed. When we asked why they were closed in the middle of the day, we were told that there were schoolchildren inside, so visitors were being let in only in limited numbers. Inside, no one was wiping down the tables—almost every table had trash left from previous visitors. The fries were overly salty. The restrooms were dirty. The toilet in the men's room was literally clogged with feces, and the seat in the women's restroom was soaked with urine. The whole place felt filthy.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
