McDonald's Menu Prices at 2901 Grays Ferry Ave ★3 (2199)

Everytime I order via Uber Eats my food is wrong. How do you send Big Macs with no burger 😡 No Fries no nuggets no sauce!! This is the worst McDonalds ever ‼️ It has to be a bunch of unsupervised employees. Disgrace ‼️

I walked into McDonald’s and was instantly greeted by Diana, who clearly runs the place on good vibes and great service. I was taking my sweet time at the kiosk, debating life’s hardest question, McMuffin or pancakes, and she kindly checked in to see if I needed help. She asked how my food was made sure everything was good, and just when I thought the service couldn’t get better, she even offered to take my tray as I headed to the trash. I barely had time to say goodbye to my hash brown. The whole experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant. Diana went above and beyond, and it honestly made my day. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll definitely be back to this location, hopefully with a quicker decision at the kiosk next time.

Every time I visit this location, I am instructed to pull forward to the second window, even when I am the only customer in line. This often creates an inconvenience, as items such as sauces are sometimes missed, requiring me to park and go inside to correct the order. It appears the staff is more focused on meeting their timing metrics than on providing accurate and attentive customer service. On occasions when I politely decline to pull to the second window, I am met with visible frustration and an unprofessional attitude from both staff and management. I value efficiency, but not at the expense of order accuracy and respectful customer interactions. I hope this location can balance performance goals with a better customer experience.

I was doing UberEats and Kiki was dealing with a very unruly and rude customer. Her customer should be applauded and appreciated by this franchise! The lady was extremely nasty and the employees were swamped with drive thru and pick up orders! Kiki should definitely be recognized for her ability to remain calm, respectful and represent McDonald! Give her a promotion and raise asap, she deserves it!

I drive for DoorDash/uber eats part-time. On Sunday I was working morning/dinner shift and for both shifts the employees were friendly, attentive and fast. I’ve had the opposite experience at other McDonald’s, but the employees working Sunday 1/18 at this location were very pleasant!
