Uber Eats driver, every time I go in at 5 am, they just stand there and do nothing I just need to pick up the order. I took a picture of their reflection I guess hiding and I can also hear them laughing. It about 3 of them. They took 30 minutes to como and acknowledged that I was at the pick window. And the proceed to tell the order is not ready.

Absolutely horrible experience. There were dirty shoe prints from customers who come in from the snow, bringing in their tracks and mud which is inevitable. The cleaning employee was mopping the floor and as we walked in the mopping employee yelled at us questioning why we are walking in a certain pathway that he already cleaned. In a very undermining tone, continuing to yell, he demanded we go back and go another way. There were not even signs of "wet floor, slippery" to warn customers of potential "dangers". I am not asking to be welcomed in as its a fast food establishment but i felt unwelcomed and lost our appetites as he was rude and abrasive, making no sense in his logic. We are asian and he first directed his anger towards my dad and he probably thought we weren't fluent. I then asked if he put up a sign saying no entry? Or will you shut down the building once you clean the whole building? When confronted with my question, he had nothing to say possibly realizing he made no sense. His demands were in no way cohesive to his reasonings. I understand he is not part of customer service, but after the altercation someone seeming like the manager came out and did not even acknowledge us and only encouraged the employee saying hes doing a great job. We did not order nor will go to this establishment again. Not asking to fire anyone but some decency of human interaction and understanding would be appreciated.

I politely ordered two double fish fillet meals. I got single fish fillet I told them nicely that I didn't get double fish fillet sandwiches and gave them sandwiches back to get new sandwiches with double fish fillet. They laughed told me to pull up wait at front window when she returned I received tampered cold old fish fillet one fish fillet was broken deliberately off. The other fish fillet was cold and bread deliberately ripped in half. This is unacceptable!! I couldn't return because I drove off far away before I checked. Something needs to be done! They get the order wrong and if you want what you paid for it's a problem. I hope they didn't spit in my tartar sauce!

I just visited this spot. There’s a manager there named Joe! I walked to the counter with my skimpy looking fries, I didn’t even have to say anything. He took them, put an appropriate amount in the bag and sent me on my way. Great service. He was running that back of house like a general. Thanks Joe!

We got some black burned bits on the chicken nuggets. Not sure if they use old oil.
