McDonald's Menu Prices at 501 Franklin Mill Cir ★3.4 (1758)

I will not follow some link so that you can pretend to look into my complaint because it will go nowhere and nothing will be done about it. It doesn't matter nothing can make a difference. You have lost us as customers!!! Also stop being stingy with napkins and condiments cheapo. And fire your lazy employees!!! ZERO STARS. WORST LOCATION. Absolutely filthy. Trash all over the floor, tables unwiped. Stingy over napkins. Won't give condiments. The redesign is a glass box. Hope the owner is reading this - Last night, Your lazy manager dragging her feet told me to throw away the promo code for the buy 1 get 1 free. She rang us up at the register while she was eating. In all my years I've never seen such unprofessionalism. They filled my cup up almost completely with ice...I paid for a soda, not a cup of ice. It's pretty bad when the customer has to wash off the table. The do-nothing manager should have sent a worker to clean off the tables knowing we were dining in. I ate here almost every day but I will never give you my business again. These people really make the McDonald's brand look TRASHY.

First time in this location. I ordered a Double Quarter with Cheese. No Pickles and add lettuce and tomato to dine in. A few minutes later i got my burger but it was wrong. I did not order mayo and there was no lettuce and tomato. I returned it right away and the manager yelled at the line. A few seconds later i got my burger back. Again it was wrong. It was the same burger with lots of mayo but it did have lettuce and tomato. I returned it again and the manager told me in a very unprofessional voice, the deluxe comes with mayo. I replied. This was not a deluxe. This was a Double Quarter with cheese and lettuce ant tomato. She got upset and i went to sit down again. A few minutes later the cashier came with my burger. Again she advised me that if i go thru the kiosk i can modify the ingredients because on my receipt it does not show that i dont want mayo. Again i told her. In all the years i have eaten at mcdonalds and gotten the same burger, i have never seen the double quarter with mayo. She said again it does. If there is any manager or higher up that reads reviews, you need to train your employees on what the menu is. Also need manager at night needs training. She needs to be coached on how to talk to her employees if customers are around but most importantly she needs to learn how to talk to customers. After this incident and dining in, you dont get to enjoy the food because you dont know what they did to your food. Keep in mind that the extra ingredients have extra cost. By the way. There is a girl with beautiful hair all the way to the knees working the fries. No ponytail or hairnet. Can you imagine the quality of the food or worst, it catching on fire since she is on the hot oil. I know McDonalds franchise out and have many owners. But you should have code of conduct. Where is your integrity.

Elizabeth was a well trained employee here so my review isn’t for her if I could give five stars to her alone I would. The on shift manager around 3/4 and I’m assuming the kitchen manager are very unprofessional I stood to side waiting to get to the counter while Elizabeth was stuck over work at front counter and the taller manager comes up freaking saying I was not waiting because it makes there time messed up for uber eats and continue to yell at me from the kitchen after I yelled back and said that is not how you speak to customers and watch your mouth she and another lady in the kitchen continue to speak about me as if I wasn’t standing there and then had gotten mad I had a personal pick up order on top of that she didn’t want to hand me my food and and said Liz here give this to her. Poor managers this McDonald’s lunch staff is horrible.

Placed an online order, didn't receive my two orders of fries. Whatever. Mistakes happen. Contacted McDonald's. Never received a response or a refund. Knew the economy was tough but didn't realize it was so bad that McDonald's has to resort to ripping off their customers for $10. *** IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE *** I've already been down that road. I had a back-and-forth with your customer care team and provided them with my info -- in duplicate. Case #34555063. After three days, they said the franchisee would be contacting me. I waited five days. When I didn't hear from anyone, I emailed them back at which point they promptly closed my case and told me I had to begin the dispute process anew. This is comical at this point. I feel like I'm dealing with someone on Etsy, not a multi-billion dollar company. I deleted the app and won't patronize McDonald's again. I've already wasted more time and effort than the fries are even worth.

It's been years that I haven't been to McDonald's. The reason for me stopping from going there was because I was tired of getting ripped off. Their prices were just outrageous to me. So today, I decided to give them a chance. I ordered something very simple, only a Filet-O-Fish. Look at the small little cheese they gave me. SMH. I guess I won't be coming back for several years again.
