McDonald's Menu Prices at 8901 Frankford Ave ★3.2 (2140)

The young guy, who waited on me was great.but my food was old, dry, and needed to be thrown in the trash. I ordered a two fish sandwiches and a double cheese burger..

This McDonald’s is overall fine by McDonald’s standards, I’ve never had an issue with anything. The best thing about it is it’s open 24 hours which is so rare to see in Philly these days. Although this is a McDonald’s issue overall and not this location, it really is losing its value. It’s crazy that a combo meal costs between $12-15!!! Avoid getting soda here or anywhere in Philly if you want to avoid the soda tax. Only go here if everything else is closed, you can get better burger and fries at any of the local corner stores.

you have very good service and food but tonight was awful. i try to be understanding when you are busy but for my order i always use the mobile app and pick it up in the drive thru but sunday your drive thru window was broken and i had to come in an pick it up. you did something to my app because of that one time and i had to pick up inside my next order. while inside, it looked like the dooordash and uber orders were getting priority over people who ordered in or used the mcdonalds app. one family that ordered in was waiting quite a while for their order and there was no one at the counter to help customers

I needed a quick meal for my family so I stopped here. Most of the food was ok. However, Due to allergies I ordered a double quarter pounder minus the bun and cheese. What I received for the 7.69 plus taxes is a tray of onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Even after confirming what I order, giving them my receipt, and being told it was All in the bag. I was not able to go back due to other time restrictions. Tried calling the store, no answer, tried calling the feedback number and they are out of office at this time.

It’s a real hit and miss at this place. I ordered on mobile which went fine. This time around I went to pickup inside. Got my food quick, which is great I didn’t wait long probably less than 5 minutes. But I got home to find one of the items missing. Ok, no problem, a little upset but I go back to get the missing item. Again, I told them the issue and they fixed it by getting one that was ready to go super quick. I bring it home to find the Big Mac wasn’t even done correctly. I’m not expecting picture perfect at all but it’s missing some items from it. One star for the missing food and one star for the lack of food. The people though were nice. I give them the fact that they’re busy with dine in, drive through, and mobile orders from all over the different platforms.
