McDonald's Menu Prices at 3035 HAMILTON CHURCH RD (Walmart #5058) ★3.4 (381)

We got dry and old food, they tried charging over $5 for 2 cups of ice, and the person working fry station was rude and disrespectful when i asked why ice was $5. Would never recommend. Worst mcdonalds I’ve visited accross 7 states.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor customer service I was standing at the counter for about 4 minutes, clearly waiting to be helped. There was an employee right there, and even after I said “hello,” she completely ignored me — no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Only after she finished everything she was doing did she finally decide to assist me, without even acknowledging the delay or offering an apology. I understand that staff can be busy, but ignoring a customer who’s visibly waiting at the counter is unacceptable. This kind of service makes you think twice about coming back. I hope better training in customer service is provided moving forward.

Customer service so trash they food is old and dirty where the customer sit idk how they still up

My food took 30 minutes. They have all these young kids working that have no customer service. Some kid came from.the back combing through his hair over the food. They need better management at this location.

I can’t rate the food because this was an uber eats order, but I’m guessing it was fine. I told the cashier i had an uber eats order and they brushed me off. Oh well. I see my order bagged up and ready to be handed out but no one was handing it out. I asked the cashier if he could please hand me the bag if it was ready, and was completely ignored. I asked again, i even waved at them politely, and was ignored. And then the manager I’m assuming came, grabbed the bag, and threw it on the counter in front of me. Didn’t even say anything or look at me, he just threw it. Who does that??
