McDonald's Menu Prices at 331 Harding Pl ★3.4 (1811)

Had lunch here today. Fries were dripping oil still. My burger was great. Enjoyed a lemonade. My Apple pie was good but not hot.

Ordered some chicken nuggets for my daughter and instead of chicken nuggets they gave me pickles, I went back to McDonalds and the employees just started laughing. That’s not the first time that this happened on this McDonald!!!

The way that manager, the one with braces, accuses people of trying to steal from McDonald’s through the app is disturbing. I’ve been here for 30 minutes trying to get breakfast that I’ve ordered 3 times, I tried to use my points ,because they were going to expire, to get a sausage burrito. The first time, the app shut down, the second time the app only gave me a name and not a number. Although I had a recipe saying that I’d paid, it was not good enough for this manager so I tried for a third time and it worked. This manager made no attempt to de escalate, offer solutions or provide basic customer service. To top it off my food was cold. I don’t know why this behavior continues to surprise me because it has become the norm. Why are you paying for ineffective leadership? It’s so much easier to be kind and it’s free. Be better.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!!!😡🤬 After a long day of working at a fast food place also I was considering eating at McDonald’s today. I had ordered my food and they had forgotten my fries. This was not the issue because me as a fast food worker also understood the mistake. I went back in like and it took about another 30 minutes for me to get back to the window. I let them know about my missing fries and the guy responded with a rude “ I know”. When I got home I checked my fries and then saw a what looks like a pube. I don’t mess with my food and this has not been the first time something wrong has happened here. But this draws the line and was the last straw😡😡😡😡I will never come to this McDonald after being a loyal customer for 5 years.

I don’t know what is wrong with all the McDonald’s the employees manager not all but some can’t do their job correctly. They’re either rude or just don’t want to do their job correctly. I always get the wrong order or something is always missing at this point. I just stopped going. No one in any of the McDonald’s company don’t take responsibility for their actions. I wish I could just give y’all a zero.
