McDonald's Menu Prices at 1173 Murfreesboro Rd ★3.3 (1654)

The McDonald’s on Murfreesboro Road by the LongHorn Steakhouse has really gone downhill lately. They used to be pretty fast, friendly and accurate but lately they are extremely slow on drive-through. Even if you “use the app” you still have to wait in a very long line, sometimes 15 to 20 minutes. Two nights ago, my husband went to pick up dinner for us because we were both exhausted from work. They parked him for a two cheeseburger meal and an Arch meal. 20 minutes later he finally went inside because they never brought his food out to him. Turns out they had completely forgotten about his order and never made the food. Finally gave him the food he had ordered, and the fries were cold and they forgot one of the cheeseburgers of the two cheeseburger meal. The ice in the drinks was all melted so they were watery. I feel like there’s been a change in staff or management there and it’s very poor service. I do not feel comfortable eating at this establishment anymore and will go down the road five or 6 miles rather than go here which is only a half mile from my house.

Everyone was polite. But COMPLETELY clueless. Took 30min to get food. Food was cold, stale, and incorrect. Man taking orders: said hold on twice. Then kept putting the wrong item on the screen. Saw him telling other people to hold on too and he would leave the station every time he said that. Man giving the food: moved like a turtle- only slower. Asked me what I had. Told him meal and diet Dr Pepper. Then Handed me my food. Then asked what else I had. I said diet Dr Pepper and iced coffee. Handed me an iced coffee (that he shook up with his bare hand over the hole instead of using a spoon to stir it). Asked me what else I had. I said a Diet Dr Pepper. He said the machine was making it. Then he disappeared for 3-5 min (to go apologize to another car waiting at the pickup window). Came back and asked me AGAIN what he was missing. I said diet Dr Pepper. It still wasn’t made so he finally made it. But after all that it was a regular Dr Pepper. THEN a Random lady worker (maybe manager- hopefully not) came up to me and said I owed $53 dollars. I said no I don’t.- It wasn’t even the payment window (I already paid $14.14) and it wasn’t even for my order. (It was someone in front of me who ordered 13 sandwiches & 3 fries) Person who made the food: made the order wrong. And everything was cold and stale. Atmosphere: looked chaotic and dirty. Melted ice cream sundae in the window, and watered down coke in the window. And I stared at it for 10+ min I sat at that specific window. & Probably 5 or 6 cars behind me left. Everything was horrible. Nobody in there knew what they were doing. Grown adults. Clueless. Every single person was lost. But they did it with a clueless smile I guess. These people should work at goodwill or as a Walmart greeter because McDonalds is too difficult for them. Ordered Friday 2/17/26 10pm

Never got waited on after standing there at the counter for several minutes. Then the lady that I guess was running the register came walking up from the dining area on her phone and wrapped up in what look like a blanket. We will never go back there again. Don't care if the food would be free I still would never step foot in that place again.

I went through the drive thru. They parked me for 2 double cheeseburgers. Then when I finally got them they were wrong. I went inside and the front person was on their phone while people were waiting. They remade my food and it was wrong again. While I was waiting for the 3rd try a manager and employee started yelling at each other and threatening to call the cops. When I got my food the 3rd time it was still wrong. I then asked for a refund. The manager on duty then started yelling across the restuarant that someone needed to come deal with me and get my refund. I will not be back! Do NOT give them your business.

So this is the amount of effort to expect from this store. Come on, bro.
