McDonald's Menu Prices at 4041 Nolensville Rd ★3.3 (1756)

It's 7:30 pm, and the schedule indicates it's open until 10 pm. This location is one of the few with a playground; however, we couldn't use it because the staff had already cleaned it and didn't want to do so again. I would understand if it were later or closer to closing time, but simply because the employee was lazy, it discourages customers. I understand that cleaning is hard work, but this indoor playground is also a necessary service for children, especially in cold weather. It's unfortunate to see this situation. This is a recently renovated location with a new playground, yet it remains unavailable because someone refuses to clean it.

The window was very dirty, and we could not see clearly through it. My husband asked the staff at the window, “Can you please clean the window?” She replied, “Is there anyone you know who can clean it?” My husband said, “No.” Then she replied rudely, “Okay, then you come and clean it,” and she shut the window in our faces

My recent trip to this McDonald’s was a total letdown. The restrooms were locked, which was frustrating enough, but then I discovered that customers are left to share napkins as makeshift toilet paper because the bathrooms aren’t cleaned or stocked properly. To top it off, the service was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff only cared about the drive-thru orders. Not the experience I expected.

Extremely dirty place. Bathrooms require a 5 digit pass code so you have to wait in line to get that, once in the restroom, it's covered in pee and used toilet paper. Counters are gross. Kids wanted to play in the play area, after 10 mins of play their hands and feet were SOLID black, even through their socks. The staff took forever to take our order even though the place was empty when we arrived, had to go back to have our order corrected TWICE and by that point MY food was cold. So I wasted money on my meal, my kids wouldn't eat bc they still left onion on their burgers and I refused to go back and reorder a 3rd time. We were just passing through but definitely won't return to this mcdonalds specifically. Won't give refills on drinks, not even once.

The lady waiting on me couldn't speak any English, she got my order all wrong. My meat on my burger was like rubber, so much mayo on it that it was running down my arm. The fries were cold and hard. I took my order back twice and it still wasn't right!!!!
