McDonald's Menu Prices at 10708 Hardin Valley Rd ★3.2 (1021)

This was a very upsetting experience. We ordered Happy Meals for our kids, and the apple slices had mold on them. This is children’s food, and it is unacceptable to serve spoiled food to kids. The employees also looked overwhelmed and careless. I am very disappointed with this location and their lack of attention to food quality and safety.

Worst experience ever. I ordered food for delivery and received the wrong items. When I called to report it, they hung up on me saying they were busy. When I went to the store later, the staff denied everything and yelled at me. I got a refund, but I missed my lunch. I will never go to McDonald’s again.

I got a kids cheeseburger with fries. (Happy meal) Fries were normal, good. But the cheeseburger. The bottom bun was fine, the meat was smothered in onions, but it gets worse. The cheese was a very light yellow and had holes in the middle, even more onions, and then the worst of it all. The top bun. Drenched in ketchup, mustard and pickle juice (with a giant pickle), was a result that, even after scraping off, was still soggy. May be normal, but remind you, they had no idea what my age was or what i look like, so how would they expect 5 year olds to eat that?!?!?

Usually this McDonald's is fine, but tonight I was absolutely shocked at the horrific state of my burger. Ordered a simple Double BBQ bacon cheeseburger meal with NO pickles. Simple enough right? No, apparently not. Not only is there roughly six pickles on my Burger, even though the receipt on the top of the box says in massive print: NO PICKLES, but it looks like my burger was prepared by a distressed gorilla because the box and the bottom of the bag are DRENCHED in grease so badly I thought something spilled in the bag and the burger has seemingly been thrown into the box like a pitcher trying to strike out babe Ruth. After performing surgery on my Burger because it looked like it was involved in a 5 car pile up I was finally able to reheat my burger and eat it. Bit into my medical malpractice meal and was less than surprised when it tasted like a wet rag smothered in meat and grease. Absolutely LOVED getting food after work with the expectations of eating it as soon as I got home and it tasting relatively good like this particular burger usually does, but no. Pretty disappointed. I'd give a 1 star rating, but I understand this doesn't happen all the time, however my experiences at this location have been less than pleasurable and on this occasion it was shockingly terrible so instead of brushing it off I'm posting this review... Sorry for being a Karen. TLDR: Blind and/or illiterate Gorilla manhandled my burger and ignored directions not to put pickles on a burger.

This location is almost always substantially worse than the surrounding ones. With their only competition being the cherry Street location. The food is literally always a 5/10, the customer service is 1/10 some days, and 3/10 other days. You either get someone who treats you like an absolute inconvenience to their day, or someone who just wants to get you in and out as quick as possible, disregarding the quality of your order. And it's crazy, because they act like someone forced them into the food industry 😂 And then they put signs up today talking about "closed at 3:00pm, not sure what time we will be open tomorrow" as if the roads or weather weren't completely clear and 90% dry. Get real lol Regardless, thankfully the Wendy's next door is a world better across the board.
