McDonald's Menu Prices at 322 Cedar Bluff Rd ★3.6 (2018)

I go here pretty regularly before work. Everyone is always super friendly and INSANELY fast. I once saw a line going out in cedar bluff road and they took everyone’s order and handed them out within 5 minutes, genuinely crazy customer service.

When threw the Drive Through today at 2:50 and had a female worker ring up items that should have been listed as a meal and was requested to be charged as a meal. The end result of this was me being charged about $8 more due to her choices ringing it up. My whole order was as follows - 1 Mcrib ( directly requested this be a meal ) 1 m fries 1 20 nuggets 1 mccrispy (actually listed as a meal with the L french fries and M coke that was supposed to be on the meal above ) 1 L Caramel frappe ( this was the drink requested with the mccrispy ) I pointed this out to the cashier while still within the drive through only to be quickly rejected, and told she was unsure why it was appearing that way. Either she has not been trained correctly, or this was done on purpose. Please be careful going to this location and make sure your order is correct before leaving drive through.

Me and my sister went here in the morning and i could barely hear the employee and had to continuously ask for her to repeat herself. We got up to the window and was charged an extra time for something we didn’t order. The lady at the second window handing out the food was very sweet but the Lady behind her with wavy BLONDE HAIR and GLASSES was rude as hell. As someone who’s worked in the food industry before i understand that it can be stressful but you should never be rude to any of your employees.

I stop for a quick bit on my way to family event. They were in the back complaining about who was going to wait on the customer and who was gonna do this or that there were 3 elderly folks waiting in line and 2 sitting waiting for food. All the employees were so upset about who was going to wait on the customers who was going to take the food out to the customers. And\nI waited in LINE for my food for over 30 minutes and wanted to get my money back. But could not get nobody 2 help me do that
