McDonald's Menu Prices at 9526 S Northshore Dr Sw ★3.8 (1065)

I just have to shout out Trina at the S Northshore Dr McDonald’s in Knoxville. She is hands down the kindest, most thoughtful employee I have ever encountered anywhere. Every single time she brings out a curbside order, she’s smiling, upbeat, and genuinely warm — not the forced customer service smile, but the real deal. What really sets her apart is that she comes prepared. She carries condiments, straws, and utensils with her just in case something was missed. That level of care is rare. It shows she’s not just doing a job — she’s actually thinking about the customer experience. She consistently goes above and beyond to make people’s day better. In a world where everyone is rushing and stressed, Trina radiates kindness. She absolutely deserves recognition. McDonald’s is lucky to have her. Go Trina! Keep that beautiful heart. ❤️

Edit: 3 different biscuits in the pics. It’s been three months since the last review and it’s gotten worse! New pics attached. 16 June Now you have to do the extended wait at the drive thru so it’s an even better experience! Wait until you hear the minute long speech when you pull up to the speaker! Who makes these biscuits covered in butter then over cooks them to a nasty burnt flavor. I’ve tried this place 4 times in the last 3 months as it’s next to my house. Same issue each time. I can’t be the only one. Why does my biscuit taste like bad popcorn!?

Got to give a special shoutout to the manager on duty Trina! I popped in to do some work on their network & while sitting she came up and offered to gift me a drink of my choice! How sweet and amazing! Definitely will make this spot my home bay for work meets

The shift manager, Trina Carpenter, is a real gem. I don't know where they found her, but just getting her heart-felt, sincere greeting alone is worth the visit. When the pace slowed down, she refilled our coffee cups with a smile and sincere thankfulness we were at her store. Amazing. Just Amazing.

This location is fantastic, I hope the franchise is good to the employees. Compared to other locations the food is always fresh, the order correct, and staff friendly. Everyone has a bad day but for fast food this location is 99.9% always on top of it. I would drive the extra mile to visit this location you won’t be disappointed.
