McDonald's Menu Prices at 327 Lovell Road ★3.5 (1447)

I thought my husband ate my fries but turns out they just didn’t fill it. Why are we paying for a large fry when they only fill it to a medium or small? This was so disappointing getting home to, I’m pregnant and was craving their fries just to be gypped. I was so upset.

I went to this location today for breakfast. Ordered two meals. I asked for no egg on the bagel sandwich, they ignored that request. On my way home, I was eating the egg McMuffin and noticed the egg looked discolored. My wife opened the sandwich and saw the yolk was a greenish-grey. I immediately called the location, not to ask for a refund or replacement, but to let a manager know to look into it, and also let them know if I get sick, I'm holding them responsible. I called and spoke to a manager named Clamencia. I told her what happened and told her of my intentions, no refund, no replacement, just maybe make sure no one else is served potentially bad food. She told I could come back and get a refund or replacement. She wasn't listening. This is absolutely disgusting, I will never return to this location.

My grandson got the 6 piece happy meal and I got the quarter pound cheeseburger meal and everything was very fresh. Employee went back up front to get ketchup and ranch and told us if we needed anything else please let him know. Very nice young man

I’m so upset with this franchise, this particular franchise. I went by there today is Saturday, November 22, 2025 at approximately 10:41 AM and my order number was 92. I got an apple pie and the box was fairly hot so I was excited. I took a bite of it and it was chewy like I was chewing bubblegum. I’ll look at the date on the bottom and it said used through 9:51 PM 1121 2025. That was last night today is the 22nd at 10:41 AM.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Every single time I come here or order online, there are missing items in my order. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it happens constantly, and it’s unacceptable. The biggest issue is the night shift latina manager. She always has a bad attitude, never wants to help, and acts like customers are a problem instead of her job. When there are mistakes with the order, she does nothing to fix it. A manager is supposed to solve problems, not make the experience worse. If someone can’t treat customers with basic respect or handle issues properly, they shouldn’t be managing a store. The food is McDonald’s — expectations are simple — but the service completely ruins it. I do not recommend this location as long as the night management stays the same.
