McDonald's Menu Prices at 2806 Gallatin Pike ★3.2 (2100)

Waited 45 minutes at the curbside pickup, had to walk inside to get my food. Food was cold. Saw a man take the trash out, reach baredhanded into is pants, deeply scratch is rear, and walk back inside. God only knows if he washed his hands. Fish filet had half a square of cheese and literally a quarter size squirt of tartar sauce. My snack wrap had something blue smeared on the tortilla, filled with the mushiest oldest tomatoes I've ever seen. And it hardly qualified as a wrap, it wasn't even folded. Drinks were overfilled to spilling, with the lids just resting on top of the cups. I don't think there has ever been a single moment in the history of mankind's existence on earth where a human being cared less. Close your doors. Go home. Why even serve food?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lack of customer service and accommodation. I’ve never seen an establishment more resistant to listen to a customer or provide them with what they asked for… I don’t even leave reviews but today was almost unbearable. I used to work at McDonalds. It’s not hard to do right by someone and show simple respect. They did not honor my reward after the points were taken from my account. The manager continued to walk away while I was speaking and refused to listen to solve the matter. Then refused to substitute my bread choice because of the reward which had never been an issue before. She simply just didn’t want to do it. I was willing to pay for the substitution (which has always been free) but she demanded I pay full price for a free item. Then insisted I take the item I continued to decline and make right. What a joke. Now I’m late for work because they sat and played in my face. I also have now lost points and have to start my day without breakfast. Won’t be back, but they don’t care and that’s the problem.

Staff were all smiles and festive on a VERY busy Friday night for Halloween! They all were working REALLY hard! Computer Lost my number (615) but they figured it out - no big deal! I will continue to use this one due to the staff being really kind and patient!! (:

Came at 345am and after and was told they weren’t taking any orders due to switching to breakfast and the window was was closed I my face by a female named “Kaden/kaiden”” not the first time. Don’t advertise 24 hours if you don’t take orders between 345am and 5am. Never had issues anywhere else that boasted 24 hours. Poor ownership of a business

My order is constantly wrong. I had to go in and explain to them I just wanted a plain steak biscuit nothing on it and I explained that to three different people. They gave me a steak egg and cheese biscuit when I said I just want a plain steak biscuit. I did not order the steak egg and cheese biscuit. Hardly any of the staff can speak any English and I can’t believe I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times before they got it right.
