McDonald's Menu Prices at 2311 Brick Church Pike ★3.1 (2378)

McDonald's refuses to serve it's costumers and it's very clear. No one is at the front to acknowledge you. You order at the kiosk, it is not taking card. You wait at the counter to pay upfront. You might stand there for a while. Very sad employees don't want to take people's orders here! There are workers here that are supposed to be doing there job but there don't care about taking orders!!!!! Management doesn't care! clearly!

I’ve stopped going to this location bc they never get my order right and presentation of food is sloppy! Last night I tried one last time and service was awful after waiting (Lord knows how long) in line. I will not be returning to this location more recommending it to anyone!

I came by on Sunday afternoon to get an ice cream cone I had acquired by using the app. It was around 3:30pm. The doors to the lobby were locked but they were doing drive through and pick up orders. I was walking so I couldn’t go through the drive thru. I placed a pick up order on my phone. I was waiting and a manager walked out to hand a car that had pulled past the drive thru their ice creams. When I asked about my cone he told Me too bad he can’t come outside. He can’t open the doors Even though he had just opened the doors and come outside. He was rude and nasty. We did however talk to the man working drive thru and he helped me. I got my ice cream and that was awesome but that manager was so rude and mean about something so simple..I thought it Needed to be shared. The drive thru guy was so kind and i really appreciate him. Manager should take lessons from employee.

Not sure how I feel about the drink selection with double qp,Four loko anyone. No seriously funny moment at the pickup window for delivery drivers where the staff was awsome and took our order as a walk up after the dinning room had closed. Great little McDonald's in music city and very clean the lady working the window noticed someones misplaced trash on the ground outside and quickly got it up, great service delicious hot food and friendly team. 👌 what more can you ask for.

Wouldn’t go to this location. Good sucks… I dont know why I continue to stop here. It’s just on my way to work & easier. But why is the hash browns and biscuits always good or hard to eat. You would think @ 6:30am the food would be fresh.. no, not at this location. It’s ridiculous. These workers don’t care what kind of food they give you. It ain’t their problem. Last time I stop here. & I’ve been a regular every morning for two straight years.
