McDonald's Menu Prices at 524 Murfreesboro Rd ★3.3 (1943)

Clean. Brought food. Tables clean. All food was received as ordered which is amazing - special orders. Music enjoyable and able to hear but not too loud. Uplifting. I live the blue/yellow color scheme with bridge. I am appreciative that not every location is different instead of uniform. It makes dining in such an experience again.

This place is trash! They all heard me order with a code and when there machine didn’t ring it up they told me I was out of luck. Y’all already sever us fake meat and charge top dollar for it. All I wanted was some French fries. No wonder your rated 3 stars. Mc Donald’s Corp needs to come in and clean house

⭐ 0/5 if I could This McDonald’s is the absolute pits. I pull up to the window, and the guy asks if I have a snack wrap order. I tell him no, and then I literally spell out my entire order for him like I’m teaching kindergarten. He nods, smiles, and hands me… the wrong bag anyway. I get home, realize it’s all wrong, and have to waste my time and gas driving back. When I walk in with the incorrect food and my receipt proving I paid for something else, I expect at least basic courtesy. Nope. Instead, I’m met with the most disrespectful, dismissive, “couldn’t care less” staff I’ve ever encountered. They wouldn’t even remake the order I PAID FOR. They actually tried to argue with me about it like I was the problem. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s in my life, and this one wins the prize for rock bottom. Unprofessional, rude, and apparently incapable of completing the simplest task: handing a paying customer the food they ordered. Save yourself the headache — skip this location unless you enjoy paying for food you’ll never eat and being treated like garbage when you complain.

BAD EXPERIENCE! This is for the owner. For the third weekend in a row, I've gone to buy a frappe for my wife, and it turns out they never have frappes on the weekend. The teenage girl with the microphone is very rude and doesn't understand; she's deaf. If you don't have frappes, I'm not going to your store anymore. I recommend you hire better-trained people who are friendly to customers, since we're paying you for good service.

I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for about 20 minutes and I finally said hello very calm and polite and the little girl that was working said loudly "HOLD ON A MINUTE AND DON'T BE YELLING IN MY EAR" 1. Nobody was yelling 2. Very unprofessional 3. No one should wait 20 minutes at the drive thru for their order to be taken. This was a Saturday November 1st, 2025 at 7:45 pm I won't be stopping there any time soon.
