I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I understand why McDonald’s has lost so much of their customer base in the recent years, the prices are high but worst is when they can’t even make a simple burger right… I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fish filet yet somehow they missed putting cheese on both. I don’t mind the price increase but at least make it right!

I had a great experience today, Mia is a crew trainer but she has amazing experience and skills. She made sure everything was good on our order , she is super friendly and also had a smile on her face, Everyone else was rude. I really think Mia needs a rise or bump up to manger, she will be good at it. Most the manger there are just rude . Thank u for a good service Mia, keep it up 💯.

I was at McDonald’s today and I ordered a Big Mac and fries. What I got was not exceeding my standards. My fries were soggy, my burger tasted like horse meat, my drink had a hair in it and the lady looks like her name would be Karen. 1 star.

The food was good when I finally got it. The people seem to have forgotten what customer service is. I understand long days but if my order didn’t get received on your end but I paid for it, it’s not my fault or yours, we don’t have to get snippy. Just help me fix it.

Waited like 20 mins in the drive thru and they messed up my order. I specifically ordered a hash brown and a sausage McMuffin and they just gave me an egg McMuffin. I have and egg allergy so I couldn’t eat it. And I was already running late so I couldn’t do anything
