McDonald's Menu Prices at 6312 Hollywood Rd ★3 (689)

WORSE MCDONALDS EVER. I went there for lunch and it was the worse. I had to use the bathroom and it was dirty and disgusting and where was dried up questionable brown liquid on the floor. Then I ordered a kids meal(for the toy) and a Big Mac meal. The fries only had like 8 fries. Fries And the nuggets tasted old. Not to mention the toilet paper and brown stuff on the walls in the bathroom.

I absolutely love the sausage brick biscuits so hard I can skip them across a pond and the wait times at night im able to watch a movie in the car with the family so they can make me some cold fries. Your the best McDonald's!

I wanted to try the new chicken strips I had been seeing on TV. They were pretty tasty. Also ordered a fish sammich with Xtra tarter. They got the Xtra tarter correct, so that was delicious! The person taking the order had a McAttitude. I asked for a #7 minus the drink... Thinking that was easier than itemizing what my wife wanted. Guess not, because the response to this was "so, NOT a number 7?, ok, so fries and 10 nuggets, what else?" So feeling a bit salty about the tone, I repeated, "right, a number 7 with no drink." She was a bit better after that with attitude, but still. Take my order. You KNEW what I meant, no reason to say anything at all. Especially RUDE. So, we roll up and the guy that handed the food was nice. We checked the bag, as you do, and they didn't give us the sauces we ordered. Humans make mistakes, no big. I take my receipt in and tell them we didn't get our sauce. The woman apologizes and gets the sauce. I was fine till she said "he said your sauce is in the bottom of the bag, but it's no problem, we'll give you more" I said, "nope, checked the whole bag, no sauce, thanks". They were pretty insistent about making me look wrong. Once again, totally unnecessary comments. Just apologize, gimme my sauce and stop flappin' lips! You work in customer service. Control yourself. None of this would have been a big deal had the staff checked their attitudes. In fact, getting your order wrong or forgetting something, or having soggy crap fries and what not is pretty expected nowadays anyway. Furthermore, it was a drive through order... Why would I park, go in, and ask for what's missing without checking the whole bag... I DID check the bag when I got to the truck, just in case I made a mistake... But nope .. 2 packs of ketchup in the bottom of the bag. That's it. Anyway, I try to be honest and positive in reviews, so this is it. Throwing this out here in hopes that maybe people will be more self aware and improve the manner in which you treat your customers.

You never know who you are disappointing with really terrible customer service. I recently received the most joyous news that My son and daughter in law are expecting their second baby and as you know expectant mothers have cravings. Now I live in Las Vegas Nevada and my son works for a company that requires him to travel constantly so them being so far away in Amarillo I do everything I can to send my love and support. Today was no exception. My daughter in law had a craving for a Large McDonalds “chicken nuggies” Happy meal and since I am so far away I sent her the money so she could get what she wanted. But for me it’s more than that it’s helping my kids feel loved and supported when we can’t be together. After a while I followed up with my daughter and unfortunately her experience wasn’t what I had expected to hear: “ They gave me a Big Mac instead of my nuggets and then a medium fry instead of a large so I went in to get the right food and I come back and they gave me the same fry and 8 nuggets in my 10 piece 😢😭” She was very upset to say the least. Nothing worse than hearing tears after doing my best to make my daughters day. I tried to call the location but there was a recording with no option to speak to the manager. So I called the corporate office to log a formal complaint. I felt helpless in my ability to turn her day around. Just imagine being pregnant and on the road with no family support near. No hugs no familiar faces. Anyone would be emotional especially when asking for something so simple and being met with such a lack of regard for the customer. Especially charging an honest customer money and having no concern for a simple honest exchange. To just give a customer what they paid for. Do better!

We went and got breakfast and the service was terrible. Their morning workers are so rude and “rushed” every morning my order is wrong and tdy she handed me the wrong bag and told us bye and didn’t hand us drinks, we asked for our drinks and she just threw straws in the bag and gave us our drinks. I ordered and McGriddle and got and mcbiscuits and since I am already home and it is past 10:30 I can no longer get my food. Wasted money.
