McDonald's Menu Prices at 10802 Scarsdale Blvd ★2 (93)

Every time we go something is wrong or missing. I end up having to wait outside in the parking for 15+ minutes to get the items corrected or for the to bring my missing items. Today my husband went and I stayed home, I asked for a double quarter pounder dressed like a Big Mac. So shredded lettuce and diced onions and Big Mac sauce on each patty. I got two patties, and whole each patty did have cheese, there was ZERO shredded lettuce or diced onions, just a few sliced onions and pickles and a squirt of Big Mac sauce on the top patty.

I'm disappointed that there's no one at the front to greet me and I guess at my age 52 I have to start to get use to there is no one greetings anymore when walking into a restaurant. And I was surprised that there was nothing but kiosks to place my order what happened to giving in person orders. And when the person handed me my order at the pick-up area, when I asked how they were doing today, they seemed a little shock that I was talking to them. Now I have to admit that my food was correct and I received my food promptly, but what happened to the customer service of "Welcome to McDonald's, and Thank you for coming". I guess i'm just old school and used to talking to everybody.

The people that work here have NO SOCIAL SKILLS whatsoever and should not be working in customer service. I had my drinks given to me and the window slammed shut in my face I didn’t know whether or not to pull forward or what. They then told me to pull to a parking spot and I waited for over 10 mins. The boy that came out said nothing to me and SHOVED the bag at me. My drinks were overflowing and spilling and the fries looked like they had been cooked 3 times and somehow were extremely soggy at the same time.

I ordered my food on the app for pickup at 12:00 noon, when I arrived the food still wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my food till 12:42. The food was nasty, I don’t even think the chicken was cooked all the way and my fries were not fresh what so ever. I bet the fries were from the day before. I will not be returning to this location. I ate a few fries and couldn’t anymore. Such a disappointment, I thought they would be good because it’s a new location that just opened. Never again

Never fails the fries are always overcooked. Long period of wait time. Ordered my kids happy meals they informed me they were out of small kid cups for lemonades and they had to get the apple juice box. For patient experience it’s not the kids fault you are out of cups give them an adult small cup in that case instead of forcing what drink they can have.
