The guy who took my order was nice. The lady at the window I had to remind her to put the sauce I paid for in the bag after she said everything was in the bag. The burger was badly prepped and honestly had a bad taste. My stomach actually kinda hurts after eating half so I just threw it out. The fries were cold and half empty. Usually going to McDonald’s my standards are low but man this was just horrible. if I wouldn’t have paid cash I would be getting my money back. Do not go to this McDonald’s during evening hours. Usually the day time people do a great job but this service was just unacceptable. Waste of time and money.

Dropped in to location because McRib is back!!! Thank you Jesus! Beautiful Day and I’m A happy happy Girl! Pleasant employees and very clean and nice dining area! Modern look! Hadn’t been here in years!

My first time to this location. I'm not usually on this side of town. Although it was busy, food was great, service was decent, and the staff was friendly enough. Plenty of parking. Restaurant was decently clean. I would come back again for sure.

They need to hire employees at the speaker with customer service experience. Just went to get my daughter food, and forgot to order the drink. When I made it to the window I asked the woman if I could order a drink and she responded with a tone like she was lecturing a 2yr old “no ma’am, you have to go around the drive thru again”. The answer wasn’t the issue. The tone was

Ordered a hot n spicy with fries and large Coke. Ate most of the fries and bit into the hot n spicy but the texture was off, too soft. Returned to the drive thru window and was immediately made to feel as though I stole something. It was not contented what was about to be refunded as they had my whole bag. After the refund I noticed it was just for the burger. The lady assisting me was extremely rude and told e there were no fries in the bag. I tried explaining that the fries were wrapped in the paper with the hot n spicy. As I stated previously, I had eaten most of my fries but had I known to remove the hot n spicy I would've finished my fries. The lady assist with my refund was not pleasant at all. As a manager, which I am for another company, I would have refunded the entire Order just because. In this case I should have been made aware of my options instead of being handled so rudely. Not satisfied at all.
