McDonald's Menu Prices at 12085 Veterans Memorial Drive ★3.7 (1844)

Honestly the place itself is great besides the walk-in homeless asking for money but the food is always the freshest I’ve had in a while. It even beats the McDonalds in the woodlands and that is shocking. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and if I haven’t said it the food is A-1. It’s served hot and not stale or anything else. The fries are juicy and fresh and the burgers are done with care. 10/10 recommendation

This McDonalds doesn’t receive enough love and I haven’t given them credit. For a long time, the fries are fresh, they get your order out quick n easy. I appreciate this location to its fullest. They do be handing the bag out the window real swift but lol they get the job done and done well that’s what matters. It has been like this I wanna say for a year or so now - whoever came to this McDonalds in management changed the game here but let’s not forget the employees who at large make this location what it is - Great Job Yall

I hate to even give it 1 star, they deserve 0 stars. My family and I got really sick after eating at this location. We ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals and a Big Mac meal for dinner. The next morning my kids started throwing up uncontrollably and diarrhea shortly after. I had to rush my kids to the urgent care. Decided to call the store to let them know of the situation, and only received a pathetic apology and denial of any wrong doing. Kind of brushed it off, acting like people have never gotten sick from eating McDonald. This is something very serious and should be handled more appropriately. The manager eventually started interrupting and cutting me off as I was speaking just to try to hang up the phone. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Yes it's my fault for not having my app ready with my code but it didn't take that long for me to get it then they had me wait there while the second lane was being taken care of. I had to drive to the second window so the guy could take my order that's the only reason why I gave a 2 star is because of him handling the situation and making things right

this mc donald is horrible i mean by customer service they don’t care bout nothing when i asked for no ice in my drink the need to management the lady at the window was rude. yall need to better
