McDonald's Menu Prices at 122 E. Richey Rd. ★3.2 (1214)

I known that the bar is extremely low for McDonald's, so that's why the 2 starts. I ordered breakfast at 10:45 and was told "we don't have breakfast, it's lunch". I asked about "all day breakfast" which has been an offering at other locations, and I was told "that's a breakfast item, it's lunch". Great, no help there. The lady who took my card said absolutely nothing. No greeting whatsoever, just begrudgingly stuck the card reader out the window and didn't give me the time of day. Then to the second window, where I was asked to move to a curbside spot for my double cheeseburger and small fry. Strange, it's lunch and these are common lunch items. No worries. I waited only three minutes, where a carhop came out and handed me my order, I said thank you and they ignored me and walked away. The fries were obviously hot-held way past their time. I wanted to fill out the survey online, but there was no receipt. The whole experience is always just like that, or slightly better every time I go to this location. Really speaks volumes about their management and work ethic.

Food comes out fast just but they charged me 1.89 for a cup of ice? Thats a new low. Maybe McDonald's needs to take away the rewards app? Tried to call and ask why but nobody answered after 3 attempts I didnt try anymore.

I didnt ask for this mc nut on my regular double cheeseburger. My other double cheeseburger was fine, I got to my chicken nuggets and they were cold and stale.

At night, the service is VERY bad. The people who attend that place do it reluctantly, they do it in a bad mood, and apart from having you an hour waiting for food, they go out to tell you that what you asked for they don't have it, at night there are hardly any people and they make you wait for a long time. The morning shift is way better, cause they do it faster, and some of them are friendly (not all of them)... If I could give a zero star I'll do it with no hesitation... Apart from that I'm not the only one that is not happy with the service, I've been hearing my self a loooot of times how other people argued with them for the same reason...
