3/1 went through drive thru and gave order. Items missing, fries warm/cold (low) even after being told to pull up and wait on fresh food. Homestyle ordered with 2 patties, charged for 2 but got one. The one patty on homestyle burger had been transferred from a cheeseburger. Just requested a refund at this point. Medium smoothie was originally ordered but not placed on order by cashier, had to accept the small one brought out instead. This is too many inconsistencies or discrepancies for 1 single visit. Where is the quality control a

I stopped by the drive-thru expecting a quick and normal experience, and instead was met with shocking rudeness. When it was my turn to order, the employee never announced that she was ready to take my order. After waiting, I politely asked, “Hey, is someone there?” Her response? “What are you going to order or not?” Completely stunned, I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t believe what I just heard. She said the exact same thing again “What are you going to order or not?” with the same rude attitude. I asked to speak to a manager because this was wildly disrespectful. She then claimed she was the manager. I explained that her tone and behavior were unprofessional and that I would be reporting the way she was treating customers. Her response was, “Do whatever you want.” Absolutely unacceptable. If this person truly is a manager, that makes this experience even worse. There was no courtesy, no customer service, and no accountability. I’ve never been spoken to this way at a drive-thru in my life. McDonald’s should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their brand because this location is doing a terrible job of it. I will not be returning.

I have come to this McDonalds now multiple times in the evening and EVERYTIME the employees say, "sorry. We are not taking any orders, our system crashed" I have a VERY hard time believing this is happening every night. Because every morning and every day, it's fine. The night staff is not trained and I believe they are just lazy and rather not be bothered with any orders. Came during the day and while the order was right and the food was okay. My fries were soggy and the nuggets were par cooked. I'd avoid this place and go to a different McDonalds... or just go to Whataburger. ***A note to Owner - Just close the location at night and update your apps to avoid people having to come to this location.

Either the night shift isn’t properly trained or the system badly needs an update. Every time I order through the McDonald’s app, it feels like forever before I get my food. By the time I reach the window, after already paying, the staff ‘can’t find’ my order and even accuse me of not paying. Then multiple employees come to the window to repeatedly ask what I ordered, only to tell me to pull off to the side and wait several more minutes—for something as simple as a McChicken. The service here is consistently disorganized and frustrating.

Today the service was much better than other occasion even if they forgot to put the apple juice on the happy meal. Shame this occasion the latte machine was broken :/ so no coffee for me today. The staff was very polite and friendly. The happy meals were correct. And the apple pie was good. The restaurant was not to crowded today.
