Although staff was friendly and food was fresh our overall experience here was a 3 star. The trash was full and no doors on the bathrooms. We watched 3-5 curbside orders have to come inside after waiting 20+ minutes for their food. Once our food was ready they only brought us half of it and said they would bring the other half and forgot. We waited 10 extra minutes for them to bring the other half which included all the fries and drinks. Lastly, the ketchup machine was out of order and we were missing ranches.

Had a little rush but yelling and having fun in the back, knowing they had a few customers in the front wanting to order. Manager and another crew member Acknowledged us and said they will be with us. But they had plenty of people in the back afear working. Waiting more then 5 minutes for an order. Yes they had the kiosk’s 2 of them not working. What’s the point of them getting paid for service.

I truly love the workers at this location over any location close to me but this is the FIFTH time my drink is not completely full and i have to ask for either more ice or drink but i don’t understand why they’re giving them out this way? It’s happened every single time I’ve come here since last month. Is this the new norm? No other location has done this to us except this one i pay extra for a large and don’t even get a large. My fries weren’t full either. I don’t think it’s okay to pay extra and not get the extra you paid for

As someone who has worked in the restaurant/fast-food industry, I can confidently say this is the worst location to pick up from or even dine in. I arrived for a pickup order and waited over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. There were several DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers waiting as well, and none of them looked happy. If I had been waiting 20 minutes already, I can only imagine how long they had been there. Dine-in customers were also getting up to ask about their food. I heard one woman say she had been waiting for 20 minutes, and the employee responded to her with an attitude—almost as if she was the only one working, even though the kitchen was full of staff. Even the manager was helping out, and it wasn’t even busy! Then that same employee had the audacity to say customers were being rude? Excuse me?! I finally asked another employee about my pickup order, since she clearly saw me standing there for over 20 minutes without asking if I’d been helped. She just said, “They’re working on it.” How does a four-item order take 30+ minutes? Ten minutes later, I asked a different employee, and her response was, “I don’t know what’s going on, I’m not even clocked in.” Yet she was talking with staff inside the kitchen. She could’ve at least asked someone to help me. If you’re going to hire young staff, at least make sure they’re willing to put in effort for the job they’re getting paid to do

absolutely disgusting all i have to say is, whoever works dropping the fryers and putting fries in the boxes specifically january 22nd around 1-1:30am needs to be fired immediately, i assume its the same person that worked last night that got hair in people’s fries, if your reading this don’t be that person and get a job if you can’t handle it, thanks ! all you need to do is look at the photo of the fries (just to add they were wet and cold)
