Managers and staff are courteous and helpful. My experience here was pretty good.

Serenity always greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was accurate. She was patient and helpful when I had questions about the menu. Serenity's friendly demeanor and efficient service made my McDonald's experience enjoyable every time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was here for a door dash order. We could not go inside due to the late night time, so we had to use the drive through. When we first arrived we were told “well be right with you”. I told the employee we were there for a door dash order after a few minutes waiting, but no answer. After around 10 waiting at the drive through waiting for the employee to take our order, we are finally able to tell her that we are there for a door dash order. We proceed to continue to wait , 10 minutes pass by…. Then 20 minutes pass by… after a fee more minutes, i finally get to the window, and once again, I tell the employee im there fir the door dash order and tell her the customers name. She proceeds to bring me a bag and ask me “is this the one?” ….. well shouldn't you know ? ….. Overall , don’t waste your time, they take ridiculously long, and the customer service is not good. I was waiting for over 30 minutes for a door dash order when it should have already been ready, and when I arrived there was only 2 cars in front of me. The order was only 3 items.

So I really don’t like going to any McDonald’s because they’re all rude. I decided that I would give this McDonald’s a try cause it’s close by my house get to the drive-through. We waited 35 minutes for somebody to come on the speaker because we already have placed our order online then when they come on the speaker they say go to the front door we go to the front door waiting for our food then they tell us to go to the third window. We waited over an hour for our food .. this is so unprofessional and time-consuming McDonald’s y’all need to get it together for real. I’

Please train your managers. Ordered a coffee and a small cup of hot water for tea as well. Cashier said we can’t do that. I asked her to charge me for coffee and just give the hot water. They said no. Simple sales. Yes you can.
