McDonald's Menu Prices at Alamo Pkwy ★1.9 (100)

I ordered a happy meal for my daughter with chicken nuggets. She was so excited to get it. When we got home, my daughter looked puzzled and I told her what’s wrong and she said, I think they forgot my nuggets. I looked in her bag, took everything out, and there was no nuggets; The main item. So I started to call to speak to a manager, and I have 13 phone calls before somebody finally answered, when I finally arrived back at the location in Alamo Ranch. When a person; It finally did not go to voicemail; Gabriel finally answered, he met me at the window for pick up. He apologized and he made it even better and made sure that my daughter got more sauce and 10 nuggets instead of six. While I was waiting for Gabriel to come back with my daughter‘s food, I’m watching the group of coworkers laughing about the fact that they forgot my daughter‘s nuggets in her happy meal. They weren’t concerned that it was wrong. They thought it was a joke. I’m very grateful Gabriel was there which he seemed like the only competent and responsible person working. I believe this location incredibly needs better, efficient and more reliable Management. The fact that all the businesses surrounding this McDonald’s located in Alamo Ranch are much more professional and have exceptionally higher ratings, should infuriate the owner of this McDonald’s in Alamo Ranch and should feel ashamed that they provide such poor service at 1.9 stars and getting lower as the days continue.

First & last time at this new McDonald’s, my wife always wondered why this location looked so empty all the time….. well we just found out. We ordered pancakes and we didn’t check our order before leaving, we trusted McDonald’s professionalism and we ended up with a big surprise. On one of the pancakes it seemed like someone had taken a bite or someone ripped a piece off. This is not professional and it doesn’t even meet the lowest standards of hygiene.

I stopped here for a quick bite for my nephews. I ordered 1 $5 meal and waited 20-30 minutes for it. The girl at the payment window was looking at my card like it was currency from another country! It didn’t have a chip, so obviously it’s a swipe. She couldn’t figure out how to process the transaction and proceeded to ask her manager if they take that kind of card (Amex). I grabbed my card back and went to the next window where they had me wait for a meal that they didn’t even have. A girl came to the window and said oh we are out….I literally left WITHOUT reimbursement or food. SMH I have hungry babies! I wasn’t gonna wait even longer! Ridiculous crew and absolutely no priority whatsoever for the customer. I won’t ever go there again!

Lot of issues with this place. Mostly in service. 1. Your Kiosks are breaking all the time 2. You have no reliable cashier 3. You take forever Just remove the kiosks, they suck and honestly hurt your business by forcing us to stand at the counter waiting on someone to come by which I just waiting roughly 10-15 minutes. I leaned on the counter, poked my head in and I need to be served I have my ticket I need to pay but your kiosks are broken. Then I had an older woman come up, who apologized to me for the wait instead of the manager who was too busy packing food to help me. The woman who served me is not at fault for the delay, she has people she needs to serve outside that have orders ready, she has to refill drinks, she has to go out and clean the lobby and I’m wondering my where are the other workers? 2. You need 2 registers, and at least 1 cashier. You only have 1 register and no cashier so what are we doing ? 3. You’re serving times are all over the place. Lobby takes forever, and I’m sitting here watching people pull up in their car, and leave with their food, doordash come in and I’m still sitting here after ordering. If you need more people, raise your paying wage to 16-18$ an hour and now you’re actually giving us a reasonable wage. Also what’s with the tables being so dirty? Does no one clean them? Are you understaffed? Hire more people, because a lot of the issues require renovation to fix. If you gave us back free self refills I’d be willing to overlook your issues but I got nothing go drink. I ordered at 7:04 and it’s currently 7:20 It’s now 7:24 Another customer, I just spoke too has been waiting for 13 minutes. 7:27 I finally got my food. The manager, seemed stressed. Apologetic even. I do not wish to throw blame around but seriously ?

This location consistently struggles with service quality. Orders take noticeably longer than they should, even during times that aren’t particularly busy. Unfortunately, using the mobile app doesn’t improve the experience, pickup times are still slow, and the convenience the app is supposed to provide just isn’t there at this store. The food itself is standard McDonald’s, but the wait times and lack of efficiency make the overall experience frustrating. This location has potential, but it needs serious improvement in speed, organization, and customer service to match expectations.
