McDonald's Menu Prices at San Antonio Potranco 1604 ★3.4 (2400)

This McDonalds is always getting my orders wrong and always handing out poorly served cold fries. Had to go down and request new fries as they were cold and old, never got my shake and was given an incorrect drink. Burger meat was also old. Other wise they are always so kind and have a good atmosphere.

I Ordered Fries no salt, I wanted all my food fresh I asked them for it to be fresh, The fries are all cold, soggy, all have salt, some fries even taste as if they were their for more than the 5min max they are supposed to be. I am a manager in McDonald's at a different location and I know the cuality standard for the food and these do not meet them . The snack raps are supposed to have more lettuce, It barely has anything. The Big Mac bread is not even toasted and all bread Should be toasted.

Let me start by saying the "order here" section stays blocked by signs and they only want you ordering from a Kiosk, this allows them to cut jobs and save money. I am not a fan of Kiosk ordering and then to get our order wrong, I rarely have good experiences at McDonald's but it's cheap and easy and you get what you pay for.

They can’t do a damn thing right, even if they get the order right it’s bad. Yea I’m the ketchup only guy thanks for the two pounds of ketchup on my burgers thanks. No straw for the 100th time. I recommend you don’t order from here.

I ordered 2x40 piece nuggets and 2 large fries on the app. My son went in to pick it up and in true child fashion, he did not check the order before leaving the store. When we got home we realized there were only 2x17 piece nuggets in the 2 bags we were given. I called the store and they said we could come back or wait until a later date. I choose to come back immediately as I had a lot of hungry people to feed. When I got back, I told the kid at the counter I had just talked to someone (I told him her name) about the order and I needed my 40 piece nugget. He said someone would be right with me. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. I was then asked if I'd been helped, I said kind of and explained the situation again. Bottom line, I waited about 35 minutes before I was given my 40 nuggies and a line of angry people had formed behind me because not 1 employee came to help anyone in the front. I assume they were expected to use the kiosk. Some man started making some noise and then we all got helped.
