What's the point of offering customization if it's not followed? And why is there NO onions when the request was for extra? Edit: Called and spoke with Nancy who stated they were a manager. They stated all they could do would be to remake it and if a refund was needed, I have to physically go into the location and speak with the General Manager Luis for a refund in the morning after 9am. The order was placed and paid through the app. Was given no confirmation of guaranteed resolution or compensation for having to drive 20 miles round trip with 2 small toddlers for a refund. I will update after a resolution.

Honestly this location is not my favorite BUT caitlyn is amazing!!! She always brightens my day she knows exactly how I like my order (mcafe) she never is rude or aggressive like I have experienced there before and I still go here because Caitlyn is the best! I lost my receipt but I’m almost positive that’s her name she works the evening shift 3-10 I think? She wears a hat and pony tail. She is the best!!! She should be a manager honestly! She handles situations so well I’ve seen her deal with other customers and she’s great she is always great with me! Every store needs a caitlyn!!!

The young lady that took my order at the window was very respectful and took my order promptly. She is the reason I'm giving this location a 3 star. Why only a 3 star is because upon receiving my order the burgers given were very sloppy. Sauce was spilling out the burger, sauce spilled onto clothes 😬 just too messy to handle. When your order was done in a sloppy manner it's a bit hard to enjoy your meal.

The food is always great but the customer service is extremely horrible. Every encounter I have had with any of the staff has always been horrible. Even on days when it is not busy and there is not a long line they are still extremely rude. They don’t work the register and seem very inconvenienced when someone needs help, after we’ve basically done the job for them by submitting our own orders on the kiosk or online. This evening it was extremely busy and the staff was rude to myself and multiple other customers in the store. I even told the manager that everyone at this location had horrible attitudes and he didn’t even acknowledge me and continued to walk behind the counter. He didn’t even have a name tag on so I can’t identify him, or the other staff. I’m assuming they do this on purpose so we cannot report them. I never leave reviews but I’ve had enough bad service there. I frequent the place because my child enjoys the food. But I will be taking my business to a different location from now on.

Honestly the worst managed McDonalds I have been to. Tired of waiting 45 minutes for my food every time I do curbside pick up, most of the time they are out of every sauce, and many times items are just missing entirely. This time I ordered and waited 45 mins, had to go inside to ask about my order, which wasn’t even started yet. Manager didn’t seem to give two… well, you know. Like talking to a mute person. I’m going to start driving a few extra minutes to the Portranco location.
