McDonald's Menu Prices at 12328 Us Hwy 90 W ★2.5 (227)

Always slow, can't get orders right, and I got a single, half piece of bacon on my bacon agg and cheese biscuit. Drive further to another McDonald's. Also, management, WHY DO YOU PULL EVERY SINGLE ORDER?? Is this to fudge the metrics to corporate? Bc I NEVER get my order in under 10 minutes here and am pulled to a parking spot every single time. Even for a simple #1.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!! I LOVE this McDonald’s, it’s the closest one to my house and let me tell you it’s PHENOMENAL! This place never disappoints, I come here often to get something to eat and the food NEVER comes out cold, always fresh and hot. The staff here are always super friendly and nice, They are all incredibly helpful, joyful and overall Incredible people who LOVE their customers. The manager Tiara Is SOOOO NICE!!!!! She helped me get my food at lighting speed and made sure everything was PERFECT! EVERY SIGLE EMPLOYEE HERE IS THE BEST AND DESERVES A RAISE AND RECOGNITION! There is also an employee there name Ethan and let me tell you he is the most nicest, kind, considerate, helpful, triumphant person EVER! In my opinion, I think he deserves to become a manager! 100/10, This place is the best McDonald’s is the country.

I’ve tried to give this location a couple chances. My order is wrong every time. I ordered a McDouble without pickle and received a McDouble with just cheese. Happy I checked I got a 4 piece instead of a 10 piece nugget. It’s always wrong time and time again. I also gave exact change for my order and made money…. I highly recommend a different McDonald’s, and highly recommend the location on Marbach, I’ve always been a fan.

Well ordered 2 home style burgers doubles meal was told to move to Nmbr 1 stall well waited a total of 15 minutes 1 girls thinks order was given away the other girl told my wife it’s takes longer to mke these burgers. That I know abt . I know there kids but this location needs better direction from the managers on duty. Wife saw one just standing there, u need to direct these kids call out orders when ready and find out why others are taking long. It’s being a kitchen manager also. I’m like now we’ll do we really want to go to this location 😵‍💫

Just now. I placed my order and waited an additional 10 minutes beyond the estimated time I was given. When I arrived at the store, I was told that the system only showed my order as received once I checked in. This explanation came from the manager, who did not offer an apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. After that, we waited inside to pick up the food. Again, there was no apology, and we were given our food along with only half of our drink. I chose not to address this further in the store to avoid creating a scene, which is why I am raising this concern now. Please advise the manager and staff to provide better customer service. This experience was not fair to a paying customer.
