This is absolutely unacceptable!! Been sitting here for over 15 min in the second window!!! Just called and they hadn’t even made my drink yet.. everyone behind me going and I’m still sitting here! I should get my drink compensated on them!!! I had to CALL THE STORE TO TELL THEM NO ONE HAS CAME TO THE SECOND WINDOW IM JUST SITTING HERE Every time I come to this location I have had to wait over 20 min and I’m not joking or exaggerating. They always get my drink wrong and I also make sure to ask if they have mcafe available and they say yes then I pay then turns out they don’t have it available. I’m now sitting here in the second window lane for over 15 min today. Last time it was 24 minutes. I only come here when I have to but it’s the closest one to me so I should be able to but sadly I will not ever be back to this location again.. this is ridiculous!!!! Why do I have to be late for work? I can’t even get someone to come check the window so I can get a refund so I can leave no I have to wait forever and be late!!! Never again!!!! Update!! I had to go inside it’s now been almost 30 min they STIlL had not made my drink after I called the store and talked to a worker outside I had to go inside and. O one had made it and they said they gave my drink to another car.. I told the lady I should get a free late the next time I come or a refund because this happened twice now yesterday and now today and she rudely told me she can take back my drink so I got rude back with her! She should not be running this store!!! I really hope corporate calls me because she told me to take it up with corporate and I will! I also will never come to this location I also will tell all my family memebers to never come here again what kind of crappy service are you allowing?!?!?!

All the tables except 2 were dirty. There was trash on the tables and food on the floor. The pic of the fries on the floor were there when we walked in. We were there 30 mins and they were still there. Our order came out wrong and the burgers had onions when we requested no onions. We went to get drinks and they didn’t have ice. There were no lids for the small cups. My daughter 9yrs old went to ask for one and the lady kept walking by her. I saw my daughter say “excuse me” at least twice and the lady didn’t acknowledge her. Finally she kid but told her to hold on and went to do something else. All she wanted to ask for was a lid.

No ketchup no napkins my kids meal had like 4 fries in the box waited in the stall 1 for our food for it to still be wrong I understand it’s fast food so I went inside stood at counter for who knows how long everyone just staring at me no one acknowledged me I finally got frustrated asked a girl can I just get ketchup I didn’t even care about the food mess up at this point I just wanted to get out and leave I most likely won’t return to this location it’s poor service to not acknowledge your customer in between your work but I guess that’s not something practiced now a days

This McDonald has always been a hit or miss and I never really complained when we ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and they forget the bacon (most of the time they do forget it) but today I reached a new point. I placed my order at the kiosk at 3:28(non rush hour) to dine in. We sat at the table right next to the door and waited. We waited for 30 mins for our food. There was maybe 2 families in the dinning area. The drive thru maybe 4-6 cars. Understandable it can be busy, BUT YOU HAVE 4 people working and bagging the orders along with a manager helping out. When we went up to the counter to ask about our food, the one girl could not find it. She started to search through bags until she came across ours that had been sitting there till god knows when. It was pushed into a corner. Mind you they were calling other orders that came in after us. The switched out the fries because they were cold (tells you how long it was sitting up there). However those fries they gave us where cold too. But no apologies or anything like that. On top of that they stuff other items in our bag that didn’t belong to us giving off the impression they didn’t know whose order it was and what they got. So whoever ordered those item might of gotten our food if we didn’t say anything We went to the soda machine, it was a mess soda on the floor and all over the counter top. I go for a Dr Pepper it was out coco cola out. Everything besides sprite was out. I couldn’t get a single person to tell them. But I’m not going to wait another 30 mins for a drink. I expected a little bit better than this. We just took our stuff and left

I've ordered delivery multiple times and tonight time they've gave me excessive buffalo just like the last time and 9 piece nuggets in 10 nugget counts along with missing my mcdouble. Another order from a few weeks ago was also missing a 20.piece nugget completely. Please get this store together with better management and higher expecting from all employees.
