McDonald's Menu Prices at 11031 Culebra Rd ★3.3 (1905)

Look. I get that food service is really really hard. I do. Hell, I've done it myself. HOWEVER, this is like awful. My family always avoids this particular McDonald's because it has kind of a reputation for incorrect orders. My mom and I decided to stop here tonight because it's just the closest one to home. We ordered on the app, one of the bundles (the 20 piece and 2 quarter pounders with cheese) and proceed to wait for 30 minutes. Whatever, maybe they're understaffed. We get our food and go home to find our order is correct, but the buns for the burgers are ridiculously burned. I get that mistakes happen in food service, but I honestly would have waited the few extra minutes to correct the bun mistake than receive burnt buns. Come on guys, do better. :///

Only giving one star bc it won’t allow you to give 0. This might be the worst McDonald’s in all of San Antonio. Places my order on the app so I wouldn’t get stuck In the extremely slow drive thru they have. WRONG! Ordered my food 15 minutes before arriving. Then after arriving waited 42 MINUTES for them have my order ready (2 burgers,2 wraps, and a kids meal) The drinks were warm and watered down bc they fixed the drinks so long ago that the ice melted. THENN get home and why do I find..?? THEY LEFT OFF the kids meal. They act like you did something wrong by asking for the food you paid for. The kids here are disrespectful and unprofessional! This place is bottom of the barrel. They got my money for the last time. Whoever the managers are here need to do some soul searching bc I don’t think customer service is in their tool bag!!!

Definitely the worst McDonald’s in this area. They play a lot of games and like to pretend your food was stolen if you order on the McDonald’s app! The McDonald’s app is legally just DoorDash with no ability to credit your account when they claim they’ll give you a refund. Then they just keep all your credits. They turn off your ability to chat and you’ll have to rely on the cancelled receipt email because they’ll remove record of it from the app and tell you that you never placed an order. Even tho you somehow have a receipt, order cancellation receipt and charge on your debit card! They’re liars!!!! Stay away

My visit to this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing due to a clear lack of leadership and customer care. Jason, the manager on duty, provided some of the worst service I’ve experienced. As a manager, he set a very poor example. He repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my concern and refused to listen, making it impossible to resolve the issue. Even more concerning, his lack of hygiene made the interaction very uncomfortable. There was a strong foul odor from his body and breath, which made it difficult to communicate with him at all. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a manager in a food service environment. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, leadership, and basic standards. Management at the franchise level needs to address both customer service training and hygiene expectations immediately.

It says on the table #. “We’ll bring it to your table” 40 minutes passed, nothing. I don’t have an order number because their self order machine was out of ink. When they realize id been waiting for my food they bring a melted frappe, with cold burgers. Wasn’t even expecting a refund but at least bring food i can eat🤦🏻‍♂️ never setting foot here again!!
