McDonald's Menu Prices at 8718 Spring Cypress Rd ★3.7 (1113)

Clean facility and the food is good but I can't say I'm that impressed with this location. Normally all McDonald's will give you a cup for drinks while we wait for our meals but here you cannot get your own drinks nor grab condiments. No one at the counter for refills unless you just stand there and wait.

My family visits often but we have noticed the quality of food and service has decreased over the past 6 months especially in the morning shift. Today I had a large amount of coffee grounds in my coffee and they neglected to put in a breakfast sandwich with my app order. So I had to inconveniently drive back to pick up the sandwich. Get it together McDonalds and hold the coffee grounds next time.

This is the second time I’ve taken my son to play and the play place is trashed. Food on the floor, napkins everywhere, tables are not clean. I’ve seen multiple employees walk in and no one has even batted an eye to how dirty it is in here. I know it’s McDonald’s but something has changed because it use to be clean in here.

I went to McDonald’s craving a Hot ‘n Spicy. This location always gives cold food, so I asked twice for it to be made fresh. At the speaker, I mentioned it, and again at the first window, I explained I always get cold food and wanted to make sure it was hot. The cashier barely acknowledged me, just stared and typed. I assumed she noted it, but when I pulled up to the final window, my food was already bagged and ready. No way it was fresh. I checked the fries—cold. Got home, and the sandwich was cold too. I added cheese, and it was still cold and unmelted. I’m tired of wasting my hard-earned money. I’ve let this slide too many times. It’s not about price—it’s about basic service. I don’t expect much, just hot food when I ask. McDonald’s, this was my last visit. The lack of care, the cold food, the ignored requests—it's not okay. I don’t use the app anymore because I don’t trust the way things are run. If I could sue for cold food, I would. I’m done.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s at least twice a week for the past 3 years. My kids love the Happy Meals, and I’ve ALWAYS ordered the same thing every time...substituting fries for an extra pack of apples. I’ve done this well over 100 times without a single issue. Today, I was told by the "manager" (mmmm-hmmm🫤) Mari, that this substitution was not allowed not now or ever. When I explained that I’ve made this exact swap at this location for years, her response was simply, “Oh well.” I understand policies can change, but the dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service over something this small is stupid and pretty disappointing. Losing a long time customer over a simple apple-for-fries substitution seems unnecessary. Thumbs down, McDonalds... I won't ever be coming back!
