I cannot understand how you can forget an item that's part of a combo. How does that work? A combo has a burger and fries and a soda. How do u forget the fries? Come on man its not that hard bro. Unbelievable

Unprofessional employees On 30 of Aug I asked an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant lady who was working here, answer my question with unbelievable rude manner. Waiting to find manager around and explain the situation, about the trashy employee. I would never turn my face back to this corner cause I started my beautiful day but this lady spoil my day. If you eat spicy back at home, do not throw it on outside people.

How could one possibly mess up a Quarter Pounder with Cheese…by forgetting to add the cheese?! It’s the titular ingredient. Seriously? I’ll go ahead and keep the one star because I did get a free meal due to helping two older folks who couldn’t figure out those faulty kiosks. Really? If you’re going to force people to engage with technology this way, at least make sure the device is user friendly. That broke my heart.

Yesterday before i bought an ice cream sundae i asked the “manager” if the ice cream machine worked he rolled his eyes and just nodded after ingot my ice cream i asked for a glass for water he said we dint have water so i go over to the soda machine and see there is water i was like ok i guess he is just having a bad day. The we ordered a happy meal for my daughter we get it and while my daughter is eating and employee comes over and asked us to move cuz they were closing off the area and i told her no since my daughter was still eating and she said its policy and i said no she is still eating and then she went to get the “manager” and he said i needed to move and i said no my daughter is eating. And we did exchange some words and he got “security” cuz all that dude did was kick us out and not try to de-escalate the situation!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!

Incompetent general manager. A very sour person who is not happy where she is working at and takes it out on people. Not nice at all, it didn’t cost her an arm or a leg to let us have a simple spoon, telling us we can’t have one is fine, but being rude and disrespectful about it is another thing.
