Despite the amazing service and delicious food, this particular establishment is not without its shortcomings. The ambiance is enhanced by great music, creating a positive atmosphere for many people. Unfortunately, the condition of the dining area severely detracts from the overall experience. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial for ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all customers, but that is not being done here.

Worst experience ever in a fast food rest. As you enter , you can see they don't take out the trash bags, and all the tables are dirty. I had to clean my own table after they told me to sit somewhere else and refuse to clean it. I always go to kiosk and get my number. They yelled my number several times until I told them to bring it to the table. One of the girls said "que se lo lleven quiere tu crees." Me being confused asked if they don't bring it to the table anymore and he answered "sorry I didn't notice" which it was obvious he did because he was the one yelling the number. Some kid climbed to the counter where they have the ketchup. Kid was there for a minute and employees never noticed until the kid's parent did.Never coming back to this location. Incident happened oct 16 @5:30pm

Honestly it was pretty nasty. I got grossed out , there was no clean tables, trashes overflowing the food was old and cold. And management and team members did nothing. They where just on there phones the whole time.

Yesterday I visited McDonald’s - 901 N Resler Dr through the drive-thru, and without exaggeration, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person who assisted me was the manager, Carolina, and her attitude was completely unacceptable. First, I was overcharged. When I reached the window, she threw the food at me, shut the window in my face, and acted rude and arrogant. The order was wrong, so I had to come back, get out of my car, and go inside the restaurant. I asked her, at the very least, for an apology for the mistake and the way I was treated, which she never gave. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became confrontational, which is absolutely inappropriate for someone in a leadership position. Fortunately, another employee (a young man, very polite and helpful) tried to resolve the situation and showed far more professionalism than his own manager. In the end, Carolina only returned to issue a full refund, without apologizing or acknowledging the mistake. To make matters worse, the food was poorly prepared — the fries were burnt. It is extremely disappointing to see someone who is supposed to lead by example display such poor customer service and leadership. If this is how she treats customers, I can only imagine how she treats her staff. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s, and I strongly recommend that regional management seriously review who is in charge of this location.

Can be a super busy location due to the high school. Often times they forget the sauce for chicken nuggets, staff is to bust to really provide decent service, they do well at keeping it pretty clean though considering how busy it gets. Playground is decent and interactive. Food is fresh much of the time.
