McDonald's Menu Prices at 3289 E Valley St ★3.2 (602)

The food was not as hot as usual. Especially the fries. But I was there so my 2 small grandkids could play inside. The play area was less than clean for 10 am. Food remnants under the structure. My little ones just 2 and 4 kept bringing me trash, like a straw, napkins, and food wrappers from within the play structure. It could use a deep clean.

I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. My order was missing the Quarter Pounder at first, but when I came back the staff were very polite, apologized, and quickly fixed the mistake. Not only did they replace the Quarter Pounder, they also offered me a free coffee as compensation for the inconvenience — a really nice gesture. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what matters is how they handle them. These guys handled it great. Thank you!

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here with the staff, but this last one is the reason why I will never visit this location again even though it’s right next to my house. I’ve never had staff treat me so poorly at any restaurant, and then the store manager brushes it off as a misunderstanding and says she has to give her staff more training so that they will be honest and nice to their customers. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and the service here has usually been okay, but now I will not offer any business to this location. The one good thing about this location is the drive thru attendant with the beard, he’s been great to work with and is the only kind person I’ve encountered at this McDonalds.. Please make him the store manager and I’m sure things will improve drastically!!!

The soap dispensers were full, the paper towels plentiful, and the toilets looked like they were maintained with the care of a five-star hotel. Even the lighting was flattering—soft, bright, but never harsh. I felt like I’d stepped out of a roadside stop and into a place where someone truly cared about my comfort. It wasn’t just a bathroom break; it was a moment of luxury on an otherwise ordinary day. If Michelin gave stars for restrooms, this McDonald’s would already have three. Bravo to the team that keeps this space spotless—you’ve officially redefined what a “fast food bathroom” can be. Would I come back here just to use the restroom? Without hesitation. Five stars, easily.

Waited for 15 min for my order of two double cheeseburgers w/no onions. Only got one burger, and a lot of onions… My expectations are never high for service at McDonalds but somehow this location still manages to consistently disappoint.
