McDonald's Menu Prices at 3890 S 1100 East ★3.3 (2198)

Went through the drive through this morning at 8:20 AM I used my points for a LARGE Carmel frappe and a hash brown with a McGriddle (sausage egg and cheese) went to pay for the sandwich and hash brown and they said did you have ice coffee? NO oh ok did you have a Carmel frappe I said yes. They wanted to hand me a small I said no LARGE then they handed me what I thought was a large but it’s a medium… then they handed me the McGriddle but it was just a sausage McGriddle… so frustrating and I wasted my points for nothing! I’m eating the sandwich because I’m hungry and pregnant so today was not a good day😂

Even though their store was very busy, they treated me kindly and were prompt with the food. Great service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Christian at the Drive-Thru We want to recognize Christian at the McDonald’s drive-through for his absolutely outstanding customer service. He is one of the most kind, patient, and genuinely helpful people we’ve ever encountered at any fast-food restaurant. Every time we come through, he greets us with a smile and remembers our usual order, down to the details and sizes, without us even having to ask. With so many customers coming through every day, we’re not sure how he does it, but his attention to detail and consistency are remarkable. He’s always accommodating, gets everything right, and makes the entire experience feel personal. Christian is truly manager material and sets an amazing example of what great service looks like. McDonald’s is lucky to have him, we give him five stars across the board for friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers.

The first time I had come through there was mistake with my food and I had called and asked for a refund, not only was there a refund but they also offered to remake the sandwich and did so kindly and with no problems, I wish I would have gotten the managers name just to say thank you personally but I will be calling corporate to recommend her to be given a raise or to be appreciated more. Thank you for the kind service and kind attitudes especially when I had come back with a negative one myself, I definitely appreciated the kind gesture.

there is an employee who works the early morning shift (mexican woman, time being around 6 AM) who is consistently rude whenever i come here. this is not a one-time issue, it happens every single time she is working the window. today, i had two separate orders. i waited at the first window, but it was dark and no one came, so i pulled up to the next window. when she opened the window, she immediately had an attitude with me. she handed me one of my drinks, and when i explained that i still needed to pay, she rolled her eyes! i gave her a $20 bill to pay for the first order, but she applied it to both transactions without asking or confirming with me. when i told her that wasn’t what i wanted, she stared me down aggressively. when she handed me my second order, she shoved it out without saying anything. there is absolutely no excuse for this level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior. customers should not be met with eye-rolling, aggression, or careless service simply for placing an order. this employee’s repeated behavior reflects poorly on the business, and it’s honestly baffling that it has been allowed to continue. either she needs serious retraining or she should not be in a customer-facing role at all.
